I put PowerFlex in my Type R 2007 FN not the OEM Honda unit and the difference is superb indeed been in 4 months first change in 16 years wow has it done 100% the best.
Good video. thanks for sharing. Q: Is that safe to jack up this Honda (hatchback 8th) from the rear axle in the same place you lifted it down at the end of the video (4:32)? any better place?
Nice video, no unnecessary details and talking. I'm just about to do the same job. Could you please advise about the press tool diameter? Is there any way to hammer it in gently rather than buying the press kit?
I don't know, you have to try ... but probably not ... i have this set www.aretacia-rozvodov.sk/stahovaky/matabro-mb-03-06033--stahovak-na-silentbloky-loziska-34-90-mm/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI2MKrn4jh-AIVDbLVCh0r0gu0EAQYBiABEgLawvD_BwE

Hi. Do you have knowledge if honda city 2009( philippine specs) has the same size of this kind of bushing? Dealership told me they don’t just sell bushing but the whole torsion bar. Thanks..
You're working too hard. Use a torch heat the rubber then use a hammer to hit the metal sleeve as far as you can then take a vice grip and then twist out the metal sleeve then use a Sawzall to cut the bushing

You need to tighten them up with the suspension loaded... They will last a lot longer and feel better
Which torque please ?
Hello, please, what was your tightening torque when tightening the screw?
180-200 :-)
Actual torque is 101nm, just do it ft instead
How many nm?
3:48 why so many times?
How did you find out the bushing was bad ?
sound in the car, cracks in the rubber(silenblock), optical :-)
На эту работу Я трачу 15 минут за две стороны

polyurethane bushes are the best, they are stiffer and last longer...
