Dear Mick and Trudie; It is a great pleasure to listen to you. I always watch, holding my breath while watching. Greetings from Istanbul. By the way, we are the same age as you, if you come to Istanbul, remember that you have a house here. We take great pleasure in hosting you.
Thanks a lot Mick Amca for introducing my hometown! I was born in Köyceğiz and I was one of the 5 or 6 who could speak English in 1980's. I used to be tourist guide. Now, I am teaching English as an English Language Teacher for Ministry of National Education.
Dalyan, is our little corner of Paradise!! Love going to Koycegiz Market on a Monday. We used to collect our Fresh Trout from a place where you had your Meal. We can now get Efes Beer here in Scotland. Guess what is in or Fridge??😀 Thank you for another amazing Video bringing back wonderful memories. Unfortunately we have just had to cancel our month long stay for May/June. Patricia 🏴🏴🏴

Mick & Trudie ,you two are two gems. Your videos are just getting better and better. They are so simply presented and yet there is so much in them and the pleasure they bring me I cannot describe. Thank you again for the wonderful work you do.
Another peaceful footage and friendly presentation from Mick & Trudie. On this full lockdown, this video made me happy. Thanks a lot. Clock is ticking, time is passing and we are waiting for moving to Fetiye.

The smell of orange flowers is trully incredible. İts start in the mid April and it last for three weeks. Even it’s worth to travel there just for enjoying the smells of orange flowers. From June on Linden trees flowers blossom ,that is incredible smell too and than jasmins , honeysuckles, wattles and Melissas for entire summer. And when it rains the smell of the soil, thymes is just therapeutic. Btw, this is fantastic video.
Another lovely video. You are really making us over here in the UK so envious. We are still waiting to hear when we can to Turkey, and what colour traffic light we will be in. Even if it’s amber, it will not stop us from enjoying our holiday in Calis. Turkey is such a wonderful country, can’t wait to be there! Thanks for showing us the beauty of Koycegiz. Take care,

I used to live in Koycegiz back in 2005, was only there for about 5-6 month, found it very quiet though, but remember when walking around streets there were lots of orange & lemon trees, you could just pick them off the Tree, we lived at the end of the promenade, it used to be a Hotel but changed into residential aparts, I'll never forget being able to reach over my baloney every day a pick the oranges & lemons off the trees directly infront, sometimes the little simple things make such a difference, we met some wonderful Turkish people in Koycegiz...

Bro I don't know how you see the Turkish people but literally when you write down Turkish on Google it pops up writings about Turkish hospitality and other good stuff. I'm not saying we are the best or something like that but we do have people like you to show us and reflect us bad towards foreign people and the sad part in it is they see them self's as a person who follows Atatürk's ideology but all they doing is trying to fit in something.
