"N'wah" means "Outlander." I like to think of it as a shortening of "No one." The people of Vvardenfell view outlanders with nothing but contempt. They don't matter. They're unimportant. They're a no one. An n'wah.
Our Bosmer friend did his research before coming to Vvardenfell. But he couldn't imagine how brutal life would be here.
