I have watched life pass me by, for most of my adult life, all because I have spent the majority of my time stuck in my head where it has been full of self-hate and constant negativity. After listening to Wake Me Up in the mornings and repeating these affirmations throughout the day, I am beginning to see changes in my life. I am able to be present and notice the small things that I've been missing for so long. I am grateful for these videos and for this content. It is helping me to change my life and become the best version of myself, one day at a time. I simply cannot thank you enough for this. I'm am eternally grateful.
