here, save this for the next sub goal. Made the recipe myself.
1 Onion (finley chopped)
1 White Garlic Boat (Finely chopped)
Oil
2 Red Curry Paste (2 Table spoons)
4 dl Coconut Milk
Coriander (decor)
Tomato Puree 1 small box
Soya Sauce (how ever much you want)
Salt
pepper
Chicken Fillet (Cut into ca 2-4 cm thick Cubes)
1 Paprika (cut into small cubes)
1 Spring Onion (Cut into bite sized pieces)
Rice.
1-2 chili (by choice)
This needs to be done in a Wok pan:
first lightly fry the Onions Into a nice golden Yellow in Oil then Dump 4 DL of coconut milk and mix it with Soya sauce and Tomato Puree & 2 spoons of rec curry and the chili. then you wait until the sauce boils then you put the degrees down to simmer the sauce, pour in chicken and wait about 10-15 minutes while stirring to make it nice and evenly boiled in the sauce. then pour in your vegetables of choice and wait a little bit. Spicing it up with Salt & pepper through the entire process. also use Chili explosion and a lot of it if you want it to be spicy, you should already know how to make rice so make 1 portion of that, then done.
