I own two 15m3 ducatos. One is a 2015 model, the other is a 2022 model, but both of them have problems, even all factory-produced vehicles have problems. It does not matter whether it is a ducato or a boxer. Maybe jumper and movano are also available for sure. When you open the windshields 3-5 cm apart, air flows between the windshield and the ceiling tile. The same air comes from the place where the seat belt rolls next to the seats and where the belt enters the vehicle. When you close the windows completely, the air flow is cut off. This air cools the interior of the vehicle if you open the window in winter months. In summer, when the air conditioner is on, it heats the interior. However, due to the incoming air flow, the ceiling tiles of the vehicle become dark due to dust. Fiat factories in Turkey do not produce a solution for this problem, they are not even interested in it.. but I found out where the problem stems from. I'm looking for an e-mail address to contact Sevel factory, but I couldn't find it. Can someone help me with this?

I have videos and images of the source of the problem, I need to be able to show them these documents so that they can prevent the existing error and maybe a recall for the vehicles can be made. because this problem concerns many people and many vehicles.
Buongiorno, ho un van nuovo con base Ducato del 2023 , la “famosa serie 8” : in 13 mesi ha accumulato 7 ( sette !!! ) mesi di officina ed è ad oggi ancora fermo !!!! Assistenza Fiat da dimenticare….elettronica di infimo livello….e non sanno cosa fare! E dopo solo 3 anni dalla serie 8 presentano la serie 9……forse la 8 aveva problemi??? Ma FIat dice di no….assurdo ! Il Customer Care Fiat è formato da gentilissime signorine, ma non riesci a parlare con nessuno di tecnico o quantomeno competente : ti devi tenere il problema e sperare…. C’è solo la soluzione legale e avanti con avvocati !!! Che delusione…
Jumper ve boxer için ducato ile birebir aynı motor ve gösterge paneli vs yapılmış. Bir ay önce 4.2 ton 165 beygir jumper aldım. 2021 de de aynısnı almıştım. 2013 ve 2016 da 130 beygirlik almıştım. Hepsinden memnunum. Fakat 180 beygir ve 140 beygir ducato motoru kullanılması artık jumper almayacağım anlamına geliyor. Türkiye de bir çok 2021 model üzeri ducato da sorun var. Araçlar minimum 1 ay yatıyor. Çözüm bazen bulunamıyor. Bundan sonra ya 2.0 crafter yada 2.5 daliy alacağım. Bu yeni kasa üretilen araçların 2024 sonrası için randuman vermeyeceği düşüncesindeyim
