Steps:
1. Cut a large bunch of Baby's breath into small sections, and then spread out the individual branch
2. Place a flower on the Baby's breath branch
3. Surround the flower with Baby's breath, let the flower wrapped in the middle
4. Tie the stems with wire
5. Trims the stems
6. Wrap the stems with floral tape, and wrap more on the position of the wire that ties the stems
7. Stick the ribbons on the stems with hot glue
8. Then tie a bow with ribbon on the handle
