I first went to the Mills mall in 2005, two years after it opened. I went back recently in 2018 which almost made me cry. Turning the mall into a sports complex is a great idea. The church there would be a great idea to.
I do not care what sport they have,my children wont be going anywhere near there until they clean up West Lake Landfill. I moved my family out of Hazelwood because of West Lake.Its a tragedy that it has taken this long and will take a while longer to clean that nuclear waste dump up.
You want that project to thrive? Take it out of Hazelwood !!! There wasn't a weekend that went by without huge fights and stolen cars from the parking lot. Money down the toilet
@@MGillDesign That whole area is going down hill fast. The schools stink and so does the air from west lake landfill. The people are getting worse and anything they put there will fail. The demographic in that area added to the fact that it is not really in a heavily traveled area, equals failure every time. A multi sport complex would work better in St.Charles county
The trouble it has is....its in Hazelhood! What brought this beautiful property down...you good people know...Thugs from the surrounding area!...Good Luck!😱

I hope a NASCAR store/go kart racing track will be part of the Sports Complex. NASCAR IS A SPORT

You know the Blues at one point had that as their practice arena.
When did the decline start? As far as I know even as recently as 2014 this mall was still thriving. I was shocked to hear it was a dead mall recently.
It was because all the riff raff started hanging out down there.
oh and have lots of fun atractions in it to like a modern arcade . a sportsbar/lounge and a nail spa also agree

Include pickleball courts, it’s bigger than tennis.

That's from lazy parents letting the mall raise their kids. A sports complex is not really a social target for troublemakers.

i think poweplex is a bad idea because someone schould buy it . restore it and put moden shops in there to agree

that is true, they had to have curfews and such, which never work.
