i think i wouldve rather had the vehicle mode parts and megatron blend together and integrate a bit more than they ended up doing, megatron’s statuesque bust being hidden behind a shield tells me there was so much more room to actually integrate and more cleverly engineer the figure. the legs and treads do this probably the best of this, i just feel like making megatron out of a hiss tank rather than shoving him into a hiss tank wouldve lead to more satisfying results. (also happy belated birthday :D)
Happy Birthday-ish!!!! Megatron might have some issues moving around and staying together, but front-on it’s one of my favorite robot sculpts (especially the head)! That, and the Hisstank is just so seamless

Really like the HISS Tank design and it looks great here, Megatron's body hanging out the back with the shield covering it, aside. Robot wise, man you're right about that Fusion cannon. I really do like the Soundwave Thundermachine though. The vehicle mode integrates better and the colors are great, even if he's got no ankle pivot.

These GI Joe collabs should have been original characters, because shoehorning existing ones (or at least their G1 designs) into these vehicles isn't working on _any_ level. At least diverge a bit and incorporate them more.
as much as i think that would’ve been better, the big characters are always gonna sell better than nobodies, so i get why they forced them to be characters that are kinda weirdly incompatible
yes, the torso rubber band in the Joe figures will disintegrate, but the way they're made, and that you can buy replacements, means they're fixable. I used to use the tiny hairbands to repair them. and happy belated birthday
