Tom, I couldn't agree with you more when you mentioned Notion needing support for Apple Pencil. The app and system could be even more versatile than it already is. Another great video, thank you!
I downloaded Notion two days ago and holy moly, it's so overwhelming. If you haven't done already, would that be something you could cover in depth? How to get started, you explain stuff really well and I think it'd benefit alot of people, especially since its only a few month into a new year
Your notion account inspired me to start learning about it and I love it! thank you for making this video. It's helping me become even more organized & productive 🤗
I never comment or like videos on UA-cam but this comment made me leave a thumbs up on his video. Keep up the videos and don’t listen to the miserable people who just complain to be toxic because they hate their life.
That Notion has not Apple Pencil support is the reason why I don’t use it a lot. I hope that one day Notion will implement this feature! Thanks a lot for your Video! I really like your work. Greetings from Germany
Hey Tom! Love your videos and visual tastes as well. I appreciate how intuitive & straightforward your Notion layout looks and wondering if you would do a video on how you set up your Notion board or if you even share the template. Been trying to pick up & understand Notion
I enjoy your low-key approach to sharing knowledge and that I always learn 1-3 things from each video. The things I learn are usually practical such as how practical Microsoft To Do is for daily work. It isn't "COOL!" but it works. I'm still struggling with linking my hand written notes (Notability in my case) and research/knowledge management in DevonThink with my workflow.
@@ByteReview I’ve used Notability, OneNote, Rocketbook, and reMarkable tablet. Of those four the digitized output from Rocketbook was easiest to index into a unified knowledge workflow. For searching within the note app Notability and OneNote work well. I’ll give GoodNote another look.
My first organizer was a small personal digital assistant (PDA) Palm Pilot and I stayed organized. iPad is just a big device to stay organized when you can use mobile phones that are just equipped and powerful.
I only use my phone for uber and when away from my ipad to talk to someone. Everything else is done on my Ipad Pro. Everyone has a different setup that works and its great to see how people use their devices. Henny tha bizness has an amazing steaming and music production setup running from his ipad mini
I love your videos. You have previously done a video on What's on my iPhone, can you do one for what's on my iPad. Can you also talk about what email app you use and why?
Thanks for the video. I’ve been using notability and will try good notes. Side note, I recently stopped using my Remarkable 2 because their newest OS doesn’t flow for me. I bought paper like and it’s a game changer.
Really enjoyed this. And I hope you’ll be charging for that Notion lofi template- have been looking for a way to send some funds your way as a thank you for all the awesome content.
Another great video. I'd love to hear what you think about Apple's new Freeform app. I've played with it a bit but haven't really figured out a place for it in my workflow as of yet.
Great video. Just curious why you chose todo over the native reminder app in iOS? I’m a todo list guy on paper and trying to make the switch to my iPad.
Super inspiring video! I use notability and the apple notes app if I need to write something down and the Apple Pencil is probably the best accessory for me when I’m on the go 😄
Very nice video, as always. Thanks for sharing, Tom! (If you have time to answer, what case was on your iPhone? I'm always in search for good [white] ones and refuse to pay 50-60.- for the Apple original ones.)
How much time is spent in managing and adding notes? And copying notes from good notes to the notion to Microsoft to do... So many notes to create notes.
This is great and some really neat ideas here! Do you have suggestions on how to coordinate some of these things with another person as in my case I have a significant other who will be either need visibility to what I'm doing, or give me visibility to what he's doing, or even tasks assigned to each for the same project, but we should have our own views (not same log ins)?
I saw you using the Logitech Crayon (I believe) at a few points in this video. I’m not 100% sure if you haven’t done a video comparing it to the Apple Pencil, looked and couldn’t find one. I was wondering if you had a preference between the two? Or even, if the Crayon isn’t your preference, does it do anything that makes you want to use it over the Apple Pencil in certain use-cases? If you have a video about this that I just missed, feel free to ignore this 😅 or it could be a video (or short) idea as well if it hasn’t been made yet. Love your content btw! Didn’t realize I wasn’t subscribed before today. Love your aesthetic and the way you calmly deliver information in your videos. Keep it up! 😊
Same old, same old thing. There is no UA-camr that does not show these apps as the best. And they are good, no doubt; and, because of that, everyone has downloaded them. So, what’s the use of this kind of videos? And, I wonder… when was the last time people found a new app that they felt was worth to download? I honestly don’t remember when I downloaded one….Millions of apps, and everyone is always talking about the same ones?
I found this video very helpful. Even just looking at how Tom organizes Notion is great for making the app less intimidating for me, a freelance musician who needs help with the organization and business aspect of my career. Plus this is a “how I stay organized” video. He’s just showing what he personally does!
On the contrary, this isn’t a “best apps” video; it’s a video about organization. It features apps that are, yes, featured by many other UA-camrs (even by Tom in his other videos)-but the obvious takeaway from that is they are truly powerhouse apps. And it was never advertised as a video about “new apps.” He also mentions books he recommends, iOS features, and accessories that work for him. So, what’s the point of this kind of video, you ask? To inform, inspire, introduce, reintroduce, and educate about organization. Not apps. At this exact moment that I’m writing this, at least 517 of us enjoyed and appreciated Tom’s time and effort. If it’s new, groundbreaking apps you’re after, I suggest waiting until you see the words “New” and “App” in the UA-cam video title before watching.
This has got to be the rudest comment I’ve read today. Did you not think about all the hard work and hours of time he put in to make this video? This video is about how HE stays organized, not “New apps to download”. He was very kind to make this video and share it with us. Maybe think about staying off the comment section if you have nothing nice to say.
Too bad PaperLike has very shitty customer service. It’s been more than a month and they haven’t send us our screen protectors and they’re literally ghosting us in our mails and social media. 😕
I've finally caught a video early enough! I'm an Android user, but your tips, vibe and the way you do things keep me here. Great work.
Tom, I couldn't agree with you more when you mentioned Notion needing support for Apple Pencil. The app and system could be even more versatile than it already is. Another great video, thank you!
Thanks! And yes PLEASE give us Apple Pencil support 😩
Thanks for this video! It's helped me a lot to organize myself!
Glad to hear that!
My thumbs up is for the special guest at the end, so cute.
Great tip about Microsoft To Do. Exactly what I was looking for. Much thanks!

This is something I'm working on!

Nice to know you pick something up in each one! And yeah handwritten notes are tricky to work in correctly, I'm still trying to figure it out

Nice video.
Pocky the star at the end of the video 😍
Yessssss 😺
Thank you for your thoughts and sharing your experience
Finally someone that uses Microsoft ToDo! 😂 I have tried all the others and always come back to Microsoft as well!
todo team!
I LOVE Microsoft To Do!!! I agree with you!
Yesssss it's so good
Another great video, nicely done sir ;) Great to see the wee furry friend is back too. Have yourself a great week!
He's back 😺
Really good video. I have an iPad and will use some of your tips for making content too!
Amazing video! Thanks for sharing!
Cheers from Brazil!
Fully agree on lack of pencil support in Notion. I use good notes and OneNote. Great vid!
OneNote is a great app, close to my fave
Thank you for your content, I was looking for this information,

Maybe add the type of app to the chapter names so that way you can still keep it vague if you want to without being overly ambiguous
Thank you so much for the awesome video, also please include your furry friend more in the videos😊
I really enjoy Microsoft to do it’s simple and easy unlike notion still trying to figure out how to use it.
love the notion ai! I understand why it's not free but I still wish it is
I love your videos. You have previously done a video on What's on my iPhone, can you do one for what's on my iPad. Can you also talk about what email app you use and why?
Stay tuned for my next video! And I use gmail but mainly in the browser! haha
i wish i could be as aesthetic as you and afford such aesthetically pleasing apple features lmfao

Goodnotes is coming to windows. I'm beta testing now.
Me, too! 😀
I love the instant lo-fi UA-cam shortcut. But how do I get my shortcut to automatically send UA-cam to the background after opening like that?
Another great video. I'd love to hear what you think about Apple's new Freeform app. I've played with it a bit but haven't really figured out a place for it in my workflow as of yet.
Thanks! I've given it a bit of a go so far but I haven't really dived in, I will soon though, it's on my list of things to do!
Got excited every time I see you uploaded a video! ❤
Hope you enjoyed it!
How do I get the wallpaper of this video❤
perfect video as always .
pls do some same contents for anroid too.
I just love you iPad’s Wallpaper, could you tell where I can get this wallpaper or theme for my iPad Air?
Thank you
Which VESA mount do you use?
Might use ms to do, thanks!
Great video. Just curious why you chose todo over the native reminder app in iOS? I’m a todo list guy on paper and trying to make the switch to my iPad.
Thanks! I really don't like the reminders app apple makes, not overly sure why but the interface just doesn't feel nice to work in 🤷🏻♂
Great video as usual! I noticed you use the logitech crayon or have it. I use it with my Ipad 10 generation which really terrific!
nice video

what is that orange top white box next to mac mini?

Truth; most people won’t really use these features or tips. Most people use the iPad for casual browsing or watching videos
