Hi Miriam. This was a very informative video.
Funny, I did notice you got your nails done, very pretty 😊

Great tutorial. I have enjoyed the series on stairs. Enjoy yourself on break.
Thanks so much! I definitely will enjoy my break. 😀
I want a hot knife sooo bad! The hurricane took all mine out. Looks wonderful!
I hope you are able to get one again!
What a great series! Looking forward to future segments, following your break!
Thanks Faye! 😀
This is my favorite stair set you created! Love the look of the cobblestone railings for safety. Plus, your personal look was spectacular and professional! Gotta clean myself before meeting the Christmas Village Queen, next Friday! Have a very safe flight to the East Coast!
Thank you so much Robin! You are hilarious. 😂🤣. I can’t wait to finally meet you.
Thank you Miriam for this stair series. I always struggle with stairs. Looking forward to seeing what's in store for July. Enjoy your time off. Stay safe and God bless you and yours.
Thank you so much, I truly hope this series can help you loving forward. God bless you too!
My tall stairs always come out so wonky, and now I know why. I wish you would've done this stair series last year! Yours are so perfect. You are such an inspiration. God Bless You, Girlfriend!!! 👋👋👋❤
Hey Dee, thank you so much. Hopefully all these tips will help you make future steps.y last video on this series will be on repairs. I will show how I repair existing stairs. Maybe that one will help. 😀
@@MiriamsManner Oh, this series will definitely help me in the future. I am so grateful to have found you on UA-cam. I've learned so much from you. I'm excited to see your repair video. Lord knows I need that one for sure! Lol

Stunning work, as always! I bought a hot wire foam factory set for the first time, looking forward to getting some beautiful stairs!
Yay!! How exciting Ashley!! You are going to love your new set.
What lovely hair! These types of stairs are definitely my favorite! I wish I had thought to use a ruler...would have made my job easier!! Oh well, better late than never. 😁 Enjoy your meetup, I'll see you later this year. Enjoy your well deserved break and I'm ready for Christmas in July!
Hey Rebecca, thank you so much. I definitely needed a break from doing my hair. 😂🤣. Yes, better late than never.
Only wish I lived in the USA and not the UK as I would have loved to meet you all. Love the steps and you have given me some lovely ideas. ❤️
Well if I am ever in the UK, I will let you know. 😀. So glad to give you new ideas. Take care!
Sorry if you answered this before. What is the grit of your sandpaper for the pink foam? Thank you.
No worries. 80 grit.
I was wondering- do you also do a Halloween village? I’m considering starting one; I love all your work and detail. I’m new to villages so this will only be my first real year with a Christmas on as I only had 2 pieces last year, but have collected more throughout this year
Hello, I do not do a Halloween village but I can give you a few folks who do.

I know I’ve asked before and I know I think you told me half inch but I, wondering how tall approx each step is … so like how many steps say for a 1.5 inch tall piece of foam ? The struggle is real lol have the free ha d router can’t get the down and out method. Can’t do the cool trick I saw on you tube where you bend the wire into the shape and sweep it across the foam
The struggle is real lol But I did find if I use my mini scroll table I can make and stack slices in half inch increments or whenever works so I’m wondering is 1/2 inch about right ? For height
Hey Cari,
I usually make them between 1/4-1/2”. In 1 1-2” styrofoam, I usually have 3 stairs.
@@MiriamsManner thanks ! If you haven’t already - your stuff should be at the PO Box ♥️
What kind of foam is this?
Xpf foam. You can buy it at Home Depot or lowes.
