what can I say? the redemption mod itself is already a very good content mod, due to the new class, Druid, and also a lot of new mechanics, including a new area (the laboratory) and also the challenging bosses. Thorium, as you said, can be considered an extension for Vanilla, because it adds a lot of content, mechanics (such as transformations or the blood chamber), but not affecting drastically the Terraria itself. And, in my opinion, all the mods of the video (including Spirit, even without so much Hardmode content) can surpass Calamity (except thorium. this mod surpassed Calamity a long time ago lol), because they adds a lot of new mechanics; weapons and bosses balancing and also the incredible biomes they adds. you have a strong yet nice accent i think im just used to it though because all of my moms family wasnt born in England only i was
i never knew there were other mods other than calamity
you should’ve mentioned the new songs for spirit!! i haven’t played it yet but i’m really hoping to if it gets ported to 1.4 for that new theme that plays in the hallow at night mostly
Stars above is also a high potential mod. It has few bosses but the fights are amazing and some of the weapons post wof could even compete with calamity post moon lord weapons which is insane. Also the "powers" you can use and have in combat are amazing. Also there is so much description to each weapons it ill hurt your head...
