INGREDIENTS:-

6 eggs ( medium sized )
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of pineapple essence
All purpose flour - 3 cups
baking powder 2 1/2 teaspoons
baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
dried ginger powder- 1/2 teaspoon( optional)
canned pineapple - 1 can ( 20 OZ)

fresh pineapple - 1 cup .
