There will be a civil war in Israel if any Israeli government tries to establish a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders. The settlers in the West Bank occupied territories will never peaceably leave their settlements, nor will they ever peaceably live in a Palestinian state.
I suspect that even if Hamas/Palestinians were willing to claim only the land that has not yet been settled by Israelis, there will be civil war in Israel before a Palestinian state could be recognised. A lot, if not most, of the IDF would fight against their government if it tried to implement a 'two-state' solution in Palestine/Israel. So the Hamas concessions are a non-starter.

Why a ceasefire for only 5 years? Doesn't seem like a reasonable offer and doesn't seem like Hamas wants to negotiate either. In order to achieve a long lasting peace and negotiating postition, Hamas need to first remove the aim of the destruction of Israel from its charter. In reality, Hamas isn't in any position to negotiate. Their aim of drawing Iran into the conflict has failed spectacularly and Arab countries, whilst protesting, aren't exactly rushing to take in Palestinian refugees either
