The OG pair had a outsole that split at the toe area instead of the one solid piece. Midsole white foam was a completely separate piece that lined the purple area at the bottom as well. Leather also made it's way down onto the outsole. The insert wasn't removable and was almost twice as thick. The window also had some ventilation (you'll notice the sweat buildup). The only improvement is the mesh, it's a lot more reflective this time around.
