Sole Premise is not a good company. For starters, they misrepresent their product as "tumbled leather" (which is genuine leather that has gone through a softening process), but they are not genuine leather. They are PU "leather" which is made from thermoplastic polymer and polyurethane plastic. When I sought to return the product they didn't respond to my requests. I disputed the matter with my credit card company and received a credit for the amount. Then, I heard from Sole Premise. I requested a return label which they sent. I returned the product and they received it 5 days later (according to the UPS tracking number). However, they told my credit card company that I had not returned the product and had them restore the charge to my account (which I am currently further disputing.) They also told my credit card company that, "the goods were as described" implying that it is indeed genuine leather, when it is not. (The same bag, (different color) I returned listed on Amazon as "PU leather", which confirmed my initial suspicion. So, this company lies to consumers and will lie to anyone to cheat consumers out of their money. After my problem, I also found many customers complaining about them not responding to requests for refunds for a variety of reasons - including bags that ripped at the seam during the first use. Save yourself some frustration. Don't do business with this company. They are liars and cheaters. I won't even talk about the juvenile, unprofessional comments made to me directly.

i went a half size up on the Black ones… damn near couldn’t squeeze my foot in I’m probably going to go a full size up on these (i have wide feet) also i beg to differ on the pants sizing i got mines off with fitted pants 👌🏾🔥
