    Mai sabhi bhaiyon ko bolna chah raha hu ki jinko bhi social anexity hai vo work out kary, push up , mild running , use 5 to 10 almond in morning , use date , surely you will be cured ,I also subjected to this problem and over come like this,

    😢😢i have been suffering from my childhood...ghar me parents ko bolta hu too bolte he logo se baat kar relatives se baat kar thik ho jayega...lekin unhe kese samzau muze logo se baat karne ka too bht mon he lekin hota nehi he..kitna koshish korta hu phir bhi,eisa lgta he kisi bade Jung me fas geyi hu...kiya koru kuch samazme nehi ahh rha... friend bhi nehi bana paya...koi samazne wala he hi nehi

    Main bhi iss problem se gujar rha hu... public place me jaane ya naye logon se intract krne me muskil hota hai mujhe bahut jaada sweating hone lgta hai awkward situation me aa jaata hu fir mujhe wahan se jitni jaldi ho niklne ka mnn krta hai... Normal rehne ki kosis krta hu prr control nhi hota...

    Share karne me bhi jhand feel hoti hai , zindagi kutte jaisi lagti hai . Kutta bhi mast rehta hai khul ke bhonk ghoom toh leta hai 😑 magar yeh bimaari toh badtar hai , koi smjhne wala nhi , dr. Bhi bina pese ke ilaaj nhi krega , drink ka sahara bhi le ker dekh liya but nashe iss cheez ko orr increase kr dete hai baad me , totally stucked life loop me atak gayi hai ek kamre me 😢 .

    Mam do i have social anxiety...
    Actually i am really quiet and fear social situations whenever i have to go in public places or ceremonies i think beforehand every step but when i go i suddenly become awkward and it's like it's not in my control anymore my heart starts beating faster and i start worrying that it would show in my face and start to think everyone is judging or laughing ...but idk if it's just shyness or social anxiety

    Bohot ache samjhaya mam apne. But mam ye sab main janta hun lekin main logo se social nahi ho pata qunki ye sab( akele rahna) adat bangaya hai. Mujhe pata hai ki logo se social hona hai lakin nahi ho pata. Majburi ho gai hai mujhe or habits ho gai. To mam kya karna chahiye? Mujhe social phobia tha , abhi uski adat or habits ho gai hi . Please mam telling??

      Mai logo se bate karne ke vakt khudko chota mahsus karta hoo..classes me agar lecture shuru hone se pahle class ke freinds bate karte hai,masti majak karte hai,muze bhi usme involved hona pasand hai,par mai nahi ho pata.class ke pure 50 students masti majak karte hai par me kisi se bat nahi kar pata.muze bohot ajeeb lagata hai.isiliye muze classes me jane ke liye bhi dar lagata hai.me class ke alava baki time dinbhar ghar me hi rahta hoo.gharwale kahte hai ki bahar jaya kar dusro se baate kiya kar,naye dost bana kar,kai bar vo mera majak bhi udate hai ki mai ghar par hi rahata hoo.muze bhi lagata hai ki ghar ke bahar jau naye dost banau par lagata hai ki bahar nikalne par kisase milu.jisase bhi milunga kya vo muzse thik se baat karega.muze baate karne me bhi sharam aati hai...bohot baar aisa lagata hai ki suicide kar lu...agar ye aisa hi chalta raha to vo din dur nahi jis din ye duniya chodkar chala jau. Please help me.

      @@missioniit8058 main kahe na chahunga ki mere se bhi yahi problem hota araha hai, jaise mujhe present sir kahne mai bhi bohot dar lagta tha. Is problems ko kisiko bata bhi nahi sakte and iss se jaldi hi chutkara nahi mila to life me bohot si problem aa khadi hogi jo tum sonch bhi nahi sakte jo tum karna chahoge oo bhi nahi hoga. Jada relationship problem hogi kisi bhi tarah ki relation ho and tumari body me bhi affect padegi jase body language, communication problem and tum jaise bimar ho jasa dikhoge.
      ✨ To tum logo se milne ko try Karo baat karna social ho loho se . Jitna ho logo ke bhid main raho 1st 1ya 2 logo se free ho kar baat karna try Karo Bina dare uske baad logo ki sankhya badhao jaise class main dosto ke sath baat karna try karna Bina dare jo acha lage ✨wahi karna people par dyan mat de ki log kya kahenge .khud par dyan Dena . Lagata hai tum samajh hi gae hoge.
      Isse jaldi chutkara paoo nahi to tumhari life ko affect karega.✨all the best for your life and sorry maff Krna kuch galat kaha hai to....

      @@missioniit8058 are bhai, problems aati hai, maanta hu ki ye tough time hai but socho unke baare mein jinhe koi danger bimari hoti hai. Limited time hota hai, doctor bta dete hai ki kuch din ke mehmaan hai uske bawjood wo jitte hai. Diller bno aur ldo, sukh aur dukh cycle ke phiye ki tarah hote, ek jaayega to dusra apne aap aa jaayega .
      Aur apna life style bdlo, meditation kro,jldi utho. Don't give up my 💕dear.

    Hello...mam mujhe na bheed or traffic or train mi travel krne mi bahoot negative thoughts ana lgte hi or aisa lgta hi ki mujhe kuch ho gya to kya hoga kon mujhe bacha aye ga train se niche utra to train chl di to kya hoga madir mi bheeg hai to mujhe bahoot jaada bhagrahat hoti hi mi ni jaata ....bahoot bar try krta hu but last moment mi return ho jaata nni jaa pata...bike se agar traffic mi fass gya to lots of sweating hona start ho jaati ho or ...koi bhi tention hogi to mind mi itni sare baate ane lgti hi...over lgta mujhe khud se 😭😭😭 mi deep breaths krkr ka mange to kr leta hu but...last moment mi bhagrahat bani hi rahti hi
