I have to disagree everything they said was right on point I loved it when Mark Walberg played chucky Such a well played role Surprised he didnt mention George A Romaro directed chainsaw massacre too 😄
Pretty solid list! I actually haven't seen a lot of these; mostly the late 90's/2000+ ones. I'm surprised that Final Exam and The House On Sorority Row did not make the cut, especially since the latter title's loose remake did.
I agree w some of these films. There are others that you didn't mention that are way better. Valentine, Urban Legend, Phantom of the Mall, Copycat, Sorority House Massacre to name a few.
Love your slaughterhouse segment, Those mutant creatures in the movie were really scary at times and the stop motion animation for them were top notch. Although I have to say all the time travel aspects of the movie involving the wild west and the titanic merging into a single story were rather confusing to watch, but it made more sense once the mutant creatures came down in their space ships and hijacked the cruise ship using the power of friendship to defeat the pirates. Honestly has the script writer even watched the slaughterhouse film, as literally 75% of the information you said was wrong, its not about mutant creatures at all, it's about a slaughterhouse that is getting repossessed and the owner and his pig loving son killing some college kids and bank employees who trespass on their property. You also got Shredder wrong as well as the actual shredder plays a minor role in the film and it was actually about a skier wanting to kill snowboarders (or Shredder as they are referred to as) who snowboard on their mountain.
Has anyone put there ever seen I believe it's an giallo slasher type flick called The Demon? About a huge hulking killer who wears gloves with razor claws on them. A very scary movie. But I swear I'm the only one who ever heard of it
Nobody noticed the mistakes he says Kate Weathers instead of Gail Weathers, he said Hatchet came out in 1926 which is before motion pictures even existed like this guy didn't do his research at all lmao
Try writing your own script instead of regurgitating whatever AI spits out at you. The Child's Play section is CLEARLY a mishmash of the original and the reboot
You know, it always bothered me that none of Freddy's living victims have scars. Surely if he used the glove before he died, some of his victims would have scars.
I dont care if Im alone on this but I prefer the remake of Texas chainsaw. the original has way too much relentless screaming. its actually annoying. the remake was really well done.
Quite a few errors in this Jason wasn't even in Friday 13th until the very end in a dream. Mark Hamil didn't voice Chucky in childs play 1988 There are plenty more that I'm not going threw ... Maybe actually watch the movies and do better research next time?
With all the crap Elm Street sequels it is easy to forget just how good the original is. I'm not a fan of how Freddy became in later sequels. Ruined his legacy.
Mark Hamill only did the voice of chucky in the shitty remake in 2019. Brad Dourif is the voice of chucky since 1988, and fast and lose in picking some of the movies.
you people are so petty. to cover 100 films like this is not easy & mistakes are gonna be made. everybody wants to be a know all in comments. the caption said 2006.
@@en6278 Yeah, so if the caption says 2006, why the hell did he say 1926? Why is getting the date wrong "petty"? That's not petty, it's just paying attention.
Yes. Yes he is, clearly. Mr. Attenborough here, too, seems to have forgotten crucial films, opting to swim in the malaise that is his own foggy thoughts.
I prefer its unofficial prequel, 1974’s Black Christmas, which isn’t nearly as overexposed as Hween is. And those phone calls are both truly obscene and terrifying.
Loved this...maybe a sequel that has Puppet Master, Phantasm, Maniac Cop, Terrifier, Leprechaun, Killjoy, Scarecrow, Jeepers Creepers, and Slenderman to name a few? Loved this list and hope to see more.
Get it straight! Brad Dourif played Chucky in Child Play, Child's Play 2, Child's Play 3, Bride of Chucky, Seed of Chucky, Curse of Chucky, Cult of Chucky and he's also playing Chucky in the TV Series. Mark Hamill only played Chucky ONE time. And it was in that (2019) remake. Child's Play. Enough said.
yeah this video is just scripted and read by someone who never watched the films, more than a few blunders I mean Hatchet 1926 really xD the idiot even says it
There were some titles I was surprised not to see make this exhaustive list. The one that comes immediately to mind is the infamous Silent Night, Deadly Night. Others include Graduation Day, Urban Legend, Hell Night, He Knows You're Alone, Leprechaun, The Mutilator, Shocker, The Stepfather, Final Exam, Girls Nite Out and Chopping Mall.
Another junk list of films put together and read by someone who clearly never watched any of them, loads of errors, so many great films ignored with the majority of the ones on the list being the dime a dozen rip offs from Halloween in the early 80s, garbage
I'd pay money to have this guy narrate my life. The annunciation is just awesome. I definitely feel like I know a bucketload more about slashers than the guy that wrote the script, and definitely more than the editor, but really fun to listen to. Thumbs up!

Not going to lie; I am overly hyped about this video! Slashers are my fave Genre, and this is going to be amazing.

Spoiler alert: It's pretty bad, actually.
For a movie from 1926, Hatchet looks pretty good. 😂
I see Freddy, Bubba or Jason I know it’s gonna be a good video
Who bubba?
Bubba Hotep?
There was no Jason on this list.
@@stevencarney7124 Ermmmm, 4th movie in... Friday the 13th. You clearly didn't watch the video lol.
Cabin in the woods is not a slasher more of monster movie why do they keep putting it with slashers??!! Also Intiation (2020) was a remake.
Exactly, its an amalgam of different horror movie character nods and tropes, not a slasher film at all, more of an intense, meta horror film.
A Nightmare on elm street will always be my favorite of all time. Freddy is the Goat.
10:31 Was Mark Hamill the one that did the voice of Chucky and not Brad Dourif????? 🤔
Brad did the voice for the original films, Mark did the voice for the crappy reboot. Also the show too I believe.
It was Brad , also hatchet did not come out in 1926.
Mark Hammil did the voice in the remake he also calls Gail Weathers from the Scream franchise "Kate" Weathers lol
Does He Not Know Chucky's Original Voice Actor Is Brad Dourif?
It was edited badly. Showed clips from Child's Play and not the Child's Play reboot
I love how he felt like he had to sing happy birthday to me almost every time. Lol
No "Valentine" or "Urban Legend"? How could you???
I fell your pain man.
Exactly.
Not at all.
What a mess.
Great list🔪
In Friday the 13th it was Mrs Voirhees who was the nursery not Jason
The original Child’s Olay was voiced by Brad Dourif. Mark Hamil did the remake version of Child’s play

I'm pretty sure the voice is AI generated - do you think the script is as well?
See some horror movies don’t need a remake. Leave these movies alone
Brad Douriff was the voice for Chucky in every movie except the 2019 remake
Disagree with some placement, but this narrators voice makes this entertaining and funny in a good way.
Brad Dourif played chucky in child’s play
The Original Halloween is by far the best Slasher of all time.

I think the description of Slaughterhouse was actually a description of Feast. Not sure how they made that mistake.

It's wild Jack Frost came out in 96 with such horrible effects
