Some have made it to heaven. Some haven't. At this point you're still enjoying yourself in heaven. 300 years go by. Your family name no longer exists. 100,000 years go by. Humans are gone. 10,000,000 years go by, earth gets hit by a massive asteroid. No longer supports life. Billions of years pass. The sun dies. All of the planets are gone. Now you sit. But it's eternity. So even though it's been trillions of years, it's only the beginning of your stay. All set with that. I don't fear death enough to overlook the consequences of never NOT existing. Luckily just like the earth is not flat, god does not exist and there is no such thing as eternity for a human soul that doesn't exist either.

Your eyesight is subject to a disappearing point. If you then use a telescope, things you thought had disappeared can be brought back into view until the power of the telescope reaches its limits.
That makes no sense. If I'm looking in the exact direction as Mt. Everest, if there is a "disappearing point", then it would be black darkness. When the sun sets, I see it touch the horizon. When it sets over the ocean, it looks like its sinking into the ocean. I thought the flat-earth premise was "It looks flat, so it is flat".
Everything we look at in the distance has a disappearing point, largely due to weather conditions like fog, even apart from the vanishing point and no, that doesn't mean everything is surrounded by blackness, why would it be?
The sun actually decreases in size as it disappears, and the fade of sunlight is gradual. A sun 93 million miles away would create a horizon that would suddenly disappear all at once. Check out NASA videos that give this example.

My dad actually worked on one of the boats that guarded the ice wall. I am not supposed to be telling anyone , but he also killed several people trying to get pictures looking over the edge. He took my older brother to work on “bring your kid to work day” and had to kill him when my brother took some pictures. It was a sad day, but on the bright side, I now have the top bunk!
My challenge to the flat earth people: 1.ready a plane. Ask people who believe in your cause to donate money to buy fuel, food etc. 2. Equip a camera to the plane in multiple places. 3. Get some globe earth people, so you can be verified. 4. Fly forward. Now, by your logic, 1 of 4 things will happen: 1. You will hit a dome. 2. You will go past the mapped places of the world, to lands unseen. 3. You will reach a place we’re the world drops off. 4. You will return to were you started. That will prove it, once and for all.
Why I know the Earth is a sphere: 1: Using geometry and assuming the Earth is a sphere I set up a spread sheet that can calculate the distance between any two points in the world given their coordinates. My calculation corresponds to the accepted distance such as airlines use. Proponents of the Flat Earth cannot produce a flat map where this can be done. The Gleason map for example calculates the equator at more than 50% longer than it actually is. 2: The sun travels across the Earth 15 degrees per hour - something easily verified. The flat Earth model's explanation of the Sun's travel can not accomplish this. It cannot duplicate an everyday occurrence. 3: In the globe Earth, the sun and moon remain about the same distance away as they appear to travel across the sky as the Earth rotates. This can be proven because they stay the same size all day or night long. I have viewed both the sun and moon and can verify without a doubt that they are the same size for rise to set. Proponents of the Flat Earth claim the sun and moon are about 32 miles across and fly overhead at a constant altitude of something like 3000 miles. They fly in a circular path above the flat Earth. Now if I look up in the sky and spot an airliner flying overhead at perhaps 35,000 feet with binoculars the plane starts out as a speck, reaches maximum size when directly overhead and then decreases in size to a speck as it flies away. The sun and moon don't do that so Flat Earther's explanation of their path across the sky is false. 4: I have done the Cavendish experiment and have proven to myself that objects with mass attract other objects with mass. I even calculated the gravitational constant to a reasonably close value. Flat Earthers have no real explanation of gravity. For one they say it is possible the whole Earth and its dome is accelerating upward at 9.8 m/s^2, which is absurd. We would reach 1.5 lightspeeds in a year at that acceleration rate. They also claim buoyancy - but buoyancy is a function of gravity. 5: I have gone to the beach on a number of times and observed that the horizon blocks the view. I set up a spread sheet that calculates how much of an object should be behind the horizon given the elevation of the observer, the elevation of the observed, the distance to the object and factoring in the accepted value for normal refraction of 15%. I have taken numerous photographs, compared them to scaled photos of the buildings and have determined that the amount a building behind the horizon can be accurately calculated based on a globe Earth. As far as I know, flat Earthers have not derived a similar calculation for a flat Earth. I have two video cameras, both with powerful zoom lenses, I cannot bring an object beyond the horizon into view by zooming in - when I look at a tall building, zooming in does not seem to bring even a foot more of the building into view. I have not observed a temperature inversion that causes mirages - they are not the normal conditions, but it is obvious that they do occur from time to time and it can be realized that they are occurring because the objects viewed tend to be significantly distorted.

G Guy I've seen Flat Earthers actually claim that the airplane's nav computers are specifically programmed by The Conspirators to give false readings on positioning just so that kind of experiment would be rendered invalid. According to them, the planes are programmed to fly in loops but the instrumentation fools the pilots into thinking it's a straight line so that it appears to be going around a globe. Note: I didn't say their explanation made sense or was without holes, I'm just repeating their response to that challenge.

99.999% (if not 100%) of flat Earthers believe the sun and moon rotate around the Earth. Do they think other planets rotate around the Earth, too? Actually, many believe outer space is fake and was created by NASA to deceive us. If the Earth was flat there wouldn’t even be an ice wall on the edge of the planet since the sun would heat the surface evenly and therefore the temperature across the flat surface would be about the same throughout.

Alaska's sun light was never brought up in this video , they have 180 days of sunlight stright , and 180 days of darkness stright. If the earth was flat it would have the same amount of sunlight as anywhere else on this planet . But guess what , it doesn't. That means the earth is round . . . Josh...sorry.. Slightly wrong! I worked there at Prudhoe Bay Arco CPF-1 and CPF-2, Sohio GC-I and GC-2. Its not 180/180 sunlight darkness. The seasons change slowly and daylight gets shorter and shorter right up until 24 hour darkness in the winter, longer and longer until the 24 hour summer sun in mid June. In November it looks like maybe daybreak may be coming at about noon, slightly lighter on the horizon, but 15 minutes later the night falls again. You get just a brief period of faint light on the horizon. In December around Christmas you get the 24/7 nighttime. Everybody works 7 to 7, night or day shift. You go in the cafeteria in December at noon, its cold and dark outside, eat your lunch and go. At midnight, it looks the same outside, dark and cold, but the cafeteria is only 1/3 full while the day shift guys are sleeping. That's the only way you can tell its night in the lower 48 states. Everywhere you go there are TV monitors stating 2 temperatures...the actual, and the wind chill. It might be minus 42 degrees F but it feels like minus 72 degrees F. If you are outside, your eyelids stick to your eyeballs when the tear film freezes. It sucks. Uncomfortable. Most work is indoors in machinery spaces. In mid June, its sunny 24/7. The sun ''appears'' to go around you 360 degrees all day. If you're at the old Arco dorm facility, the sun at noon down at the end of the building looks higher in the sky than midnight. At midnight, the sun is now behind you at the other end of the dorm and is slightly lower in the sky. The sun rises and dips, its not in a constant elevation thanks to the 23.5 degree tilt of the Earth that gives us the seasons. I recall Summer, June 21, when the sun at noon looks like 2PM in California and at midnight looks like 4PM. Other tidbits from the North Slope... in winter, you park your diesel truck in the lot, pull down the electric block heater and plug it in, and leave it idling all night. A fuel service comes by and refuels the trucks, sends your company the bill. You never shut the truck off. The thinner diesel fuel clatters like hell. There are no trucks in or around Prudhoe Bay without cracked windshields. Almost all equipment is indoors, pumps, compressors, tanks, station valves. The temperature is about 75 F inside but you need your Arctic jacket handy in case you need to bail out and go outside in case of a Hydrogen Sulfide alarm (that stuff can kill you in seconds) or when some dumb ass sets off $50,000 worth of firefighting Halon gas in your machinery space. All of the main buildings housing offices and dorms, cafeterias, have heated swimming pools. Their main purpose is to be a reservoir for the firefighting pumps. Everything is gas turbine powered up there. I worked for GE on overhauls and on getting new 35,000HP compressor trains started for the first time. The oil company guys work 12 hours a day, one week on, one week at home. I was stuck there 3 months at a time. The Northern Lights were cool. The airport is located in a place called Deadhorse. Nice name. In 1979 I flew around the world in 2 weeks going East the whole time for one job in Bahrain. I never saw an ice wall or anything strange. The jetlag was a bitch, though. I hope this helps.
FLAT EARTHERS....I have a question not a single one of you has answered yet....if you can't answer it then your flat earth theory fails a very basic test. When you are near the North Pole the stars rotate counter-clockwise around Polaris....but when you're near the South Pole (southern wall...is that what you call it?), the stars rotate clockwise. This is true for the Sun as well (North poles in summer its making counterclockwise circles & South Pole summer is makes clockwise circles) I've observed this personally, as well as millions of people who live in each hemisphere can tell you. You can prove it without science, mathematics, you don't need a PhD. It's so simple. A spinning spherical earth is the only explanation.... But if there is another explanation prove me wrong....C'mon flat earthers, let's hear it. WHY?
The stars and the sun do NOT rotate. When i are in the north YOU (the earth) rotates. When you go closer to the Wall (the south) YOU rotate much faster and it seems it rotates the opposit direction. Like a fast spinning wheel that seems to rotate backwards.
Learn to read. I wrote it rotates in the oppsite direction because our eye tricks. Like a fast spinning, forward going, wheel that "looks" like its spinning backward (read opposite direction).

The problem with you flat-earthers is that you believe everything you see, so if you see a photo-shopped picture on the internet then it must be real, right? At least with science, we believe in things that have been studied for hundreds of years, some if it might be theory, but at least there's some basis behind it. Whereas flat-earthers just flat-out claim things without any evidence, and considering most of you guys (probably all) aren't very educated, it's not surprising. If the earth were flat there couldn't be gravity, or the earth would fall back in on itself, because the center most point has the most gravity, and turn into sphere. I don't mind, I personally prefer to look at both sides and then distinguish which one makes the best logical sense if I was reading a book why would I want to read just one page and not explore the rest that's why I say you all should look into what the flat-earthers have to say just for the heck of it why not. This video doesn't address the arguments of the flat earth at all really. It's like whoever wrote it doesn't understand their perspective at all. I came here to see the counterarguments so that I could weight them out. I am not convinced the earth is flat, but I am convinced this video does nothing to counter the real arguments of the flat earthers. I will look somewhere else.
I'll give you my perspective, and I try not to be biased. I gave the FE idea real consideration and thought. But it just doesn't coincide with physics or the movement of the sun, or just so many things from math to personal observations. So the reason they have to deny gravity, is because it was pointed out to them that gravity completely demolishes the FE theory. If the earth, with its mass, were a flat disc, as massive as it is, it would crush itself into a ball under the "weight" of its own gravity. That's just the nature of gravity and equilibrium, for example a bubble is always round. So they'll say it's magic numbers, fake science, and raw observation using one's own senses will trump all. OK, so let's use our senses. The air on top of a mountain is thinner (less dense) than the air at sea level. Well, that can't be explained without gravity. If density alone determined what rises and falls, what the hell is making the air less dense up high? It's because the force of gravity is stronger close to the earth. It pulls harder on the air that's closer to it. We would actually weigh slightly less on a mountain too (not by much). So let's take that and transcend into another example of observation. Take a bowling ball to the top of that mountain and drop it. When things fall, they don't just fall at a steady speed; they fall at a rate of acceleration. So at the top of the mountain, the ball starts falling, and accelerates as it gets closer to earth. Well, that supports the idea that gravity is stronger as you get closer. But if it's all density and buoyancy, then shouldn't the ball slow down as it falls further into denser air? It's going through air that gets more dense, but it continues to accelerate. It would also accelerate through a vacuum, with all the air removed. So that completely discredits the density factor. Density is a measure of the amount of matter within a specific volume. The density isn't what gives things their weight; it's the matter. In other words, a pound of rocks and a pound of feathers have the exact same amount of matter. Rocks are just denser. But they both fall at the same speed when there's no air (vacuum chamber). Density does play a crucial role in the weights of gases, because they're not solid objects. So a helium balloon is going to float, yes, but if you could stuff more helium into the same size balloon (if the balloon didn't expand), it wouldn't become lighter, it would become heavier. That's due to the amount of matter in the balloon; yes, that translates to "the helium is more dense" but the density does not give the helium its weight, the matter does. Anyways, I hate to go through all this long-winded explanation, but I have to set the stage for you to understand. These people are going to fill your head with a LOT of misinformation. So if I said gravity, they'll say gravity is a lie and you don't know who to believe. But, if you can understand for yourself the way things work, then you can make an educated decision for yourself as to what makes sense. So here's the thing; call it gravity, or don't. Call it density and buoyancy (even though that makes absolutely no sense without factoring in gravity), or call it electromagnetic variations from the earth, or call it magic. It doesn't matter, because regardless of "what" it is, it always acts a certain way. And according to the way that everything everywhere is pulled to the earth, just looking at common sense and the way things always seek equilibrium, a flat disk earth would never be able to support itself as a flat disk. It's just not physically possible. It would collapse into something at least remotely round, because everything, water, dirt, all the weight of the world, is always pushing down on itself. And if you learn about physics and you break it down to a Flat Earther this way, all they can say is "bullshit you're a shill." Does that sound like an intelligent debate? If the Earth is constantly going up, how do planes work? In fact, how do balloons work? Balloons go slower than that, so shouldn't the Earth go up to the balloon which which would give us the impression that the balloon stays on the ground?

It's pretty easy to disprove, the Burj Khalifa does this straight away since people at the top experience the sun set 2 minutes after those at the bottom due to the curvature of the earth. And yet, you're adhering to a 'spinning ball'. The simplest way to explain gravity is that mass attracts (pulled to) mass. Your mass, my mass, the water's mass is all being pulled toward the much greater mass of the planet, to it's center point which is about 4000 miles below your feet. So no matter where you're standing on the planet, you're feet are always pointing 'down'. The water is always being pulled to the lowest spots it can get to (lakes or oceans), which is why there are waterfalls and not waterflies. The 'spinning' of the planet is negligible compared to the great mass of the planet.

If the horizon always raised to eye level, the earth would constantly be bending it's horizon upwards all the time to convince you that the earth is flat. If it was really flat, the horizon would never stay at eye level in great altitudes, assuming you are looking parallel to your flat earth, unless the earth is an infinite plane, and your flat earth isn't infinite, so it's all crap. In the current version of flat earth, if the sun circled the 'flat' earth like they say it does, then the sun wouldn't seemingly disappear behind the horizon, it would be Visible all over the earth simultaneously, and the 'so far away from you, that...' theory is crap, because it was already determined by flat earthers, that boats don't do that at a distance.

There is a little mistake concerning weight. We dont weight the same wherever we go. The earth is not exactly a sphere, is wider at the Equator line and flattened in the poles. Since gravity is straightly related with the distance from the center of Earth, you'd weight a little more in the poles than what you would at the Equator. That is, of course, if my phisics professor in highschool wasnt wrong. Great video anyways. You are correct. They should have said, "you weigh about the same anywhere on earth with some minor variations". I think they were just trying to keep it simple and avoid too many details.
The difference in distance to the center of the earth between the poles and the equator is only 20km. Compared to 6000km to the center, this difference would not even be visible to the eye. The reason we have less weight on the equator is because of centrifugal force from the rotation of earth.

Watching him drop the parallax hammer was amusing. They also worked out that with a boat every 10 KM, minimum required, they would need 10,000 patrol boats making it the largest navy in the world. Which, from my own head count, if you used every naval ship from every navy in the world would still come up short by about 700! Never mind that most would not be suited to those conditions! And an over head light would need an magic shapeshifting lamp shade with a sun that can appear in any location of multiple locations at once that is required for it to be seen rising the in the way to everyone at whatever latitude they are at, OR those in the south (rimward) would see the sun rise and set NE/NW. Actually it does not work for what is observed at every latitude. I suggest you check out the CoolHardLogic series on the matter as the geometry does not work when compared to what is actually observed. The sun and moon can not be opposite of each other all of the time as that is not how it works. We only see one face of the moon as it is tidally locked to Earth The flat earth model just doesn't fit observations no matter where you try to put the sun. The summer and winter equinoxes place the sun above the flat earth in very particular positions (The tropic of cancer and The Tropic of Capricorn) And if you measure the angle difference between both equinox observations it works out at 46.88 degrees. On the Flat Earth that says the sun is 3k miles above the Earth or 4800km and it works out as 2604km from the equator to the Tropic of Capricorn or Cancer. To cut a long maths lesson short that give of both observation on a flat earth as 57 degrees, which is not the 46.88 degrees which can be observed by anyone that bothers to look outside and perform the experiment accurately. I am not having a go, just pointing out that saying a model actually works is a complicated affair that goes way beyond surface glancing. And once you move off of the equator to take observations from every latitude it gets worse still with varying answers, so finding 46.88 degree at whatever latitude you are at proves the earth is not flat.

There is a famous spot in northeastern Nevada where one can actually see the curvature of the Earth. For approximately 50 miles across the Great Salt Lake Desert in Utah, Interstate 80 is perfectly straight and stays at exactly the same elevation. Shortly after you cross the state line at Wendover, Utah/West Wendover, Nevada, the interstate starts to climb in elevation. A few miles into Nevada, after one has gained considerable elevation, there is a place where one can stop and look back over that entire 50-mile stretch, and the highway clearly appears to be bowed rather than perfectly flat. Since the highway remains at exactly the same elevation for the entire 50 miles, the evident bowing is entirely due to the curvature of the Earth.

Here's another fun fact for you flat-earthers out there: Because of the height of the towers of New York City's Verrazano-Narrows suspension bridge (693 feet) and their distance apart (4,260 feet), the towers are 1 5/8 inches further apart at their tops than at their bases. This is entirely due to the curvature of the earth. If the earth were flat, the towers would be exactly the same distance apart at their bases and at their tops. Your eyesight is subject to a disappearing point. If you then use a telescope, things you thought had disappeared can be brought back into view until the power of the telescope reaches its limits.
That makes no sense. If I'm looking in the exact direction as Mt. Everest, if there is a "disappearing point", then it would be black darkness. When the sun sets, I see it touch the horizon. When it sets over the ocean, it looks like its sinking into the ocean. I thought the flat-earth premise was "It looks flat, so it is flat".
Everything we look at in the distance has a disappearing point, largely due to weather conditions like fog, even apart from the vanishing point and no, that doesn't mean everything is surrounded by blackness, why would it be?
The sun actually decreases in size as it disappears, and the fade of sunlight is gradual. A sun 93 million miles away would create a horizon that would suddenly disappear all at once. Check out NASA videos that give this example.
When the sun is halfway over the ocean horizon, the top visible half is a semi-circle. The bottom half is blocked by the water's edge.

My dad actually worked on one of the boats that guarded the ice wall. I am not supposed to be telling anyone , but he also killed several people trying to get pictures looking over the edge. He took my older brother to work on “bring your kid to work day” and had to kill him when my brother took some pictures. It was a sad day, but on the bright side, I now have the top bunk!

1.ready a plane. Ask people who believe in your cause to donate money to buy fuel, food etc.
2. Equip a camera to the plane in multiple places.
3. Get some globe earth people, so you can be verified.
4. Fly forward.

Why I know the Earth is a sphere:
1: Using geometry and assuming the Earth is a sphere I set up a spread sheet that can calculate the distance between any two points in the world given their coordinates. My calculation corresponds to the accepted distance such as airlines use. Proponents of the Flat Earth cannot produce a flat map where this can be done. The Gleason map for example calculates the equator at more than 50% longer than it actually is.
2: The sun travels across the Earth 15 degrees per hour - something easily verified. The flat Earth model's explanation of the Sun's travel can not accomplish this. It cannot duplicate an everyday occurrence.
3: In the globe Earth, the sun and moon remain about the same distance away as they appear to travel across the sky as the Earth rotates. This can be proven because they stay the same size all day or night long. I have viewed both the sun and moon and can verify without a doubt that they are the same size for rise to set. Proponents of the Flat Earth claim the sun and moon are about 32 miles across and fly overhead at a constant altitude of something like 3000 miles. They fly in a circular path above the flat Earth. Now if I look up in the sky and spot an airliner flying overhead at perhaps 35,000 feet with binoculars the plane starts out as a speck, reaches maximum size when directly overhead and then decreases in size to a speck as it flies away. The sun and moon don't do that so Flat Earther's explanation of their path across the sky is false.
4: I have done the Cavendish experiment and have proven to myself that objects with mass attract other objects with mass. I even calculated the gravitational constant to a reasonably close value. Flat Earthers have no real explanation of gravity. For one they say it is possible the whole Earth and its dome is accelerating upward at 9.8 m/s^2, which is absurd. We would reach 1.5 lightspeeds in a year at that acceleration rate. They also claim buoyancy - but buoyancy is a function of gravity.
5: I have gone to the beach on a number of times and observed that the horizon blocks the view. I set up a spread sheet that calculates how much of an object should be behind the horizon given the elevation of the observer, the elevation of the observed, the distance to the object and factoring in the accepted value for normal refraction of 15%. I have taken numerous photographs, compared them to scaled photos of the buildings and have determined that the amount a building behind the horizon can be accurately calculated based on a globe Earth. As far as I know, flat Earthers have not derived a similar calculation for a flat Earth. I have two video cameras, both with powerful zoom lenses, I cannot bring an object beyond the horizon into view by zooming in - when I look at a tall building, zooming in does not seem to bring even a foot more of the building into view. I have not observed a temperature inversion that causes mirages - they are not the normal conditions, but it is obvious that they do occur from time to time and it can be realized that they are occurring because the objects viewed tend to be significantly distorted.

I've seen Flat Earthers actually claim that the airplane's nav computers are specifically programmed by The Conspirators to give false readings on positioning just so that kind of experiment would be rendered invalid. According to them, the planes are programmed to fly in loops but the instrumentation fools the pilots into thinking it's a straight line so that it appears to be going around a globe.

Alaska's sun light was never brought up in this video , they have 180 days of sunlight stright , and 180 days of darkness stright. Josh...sorry.. Slightly wrong! I worked there at Prudhoe Bay Arco CPF-1 and CPF-2, Sohio GC-I and GC-2. Its not 180/180 sunlight darkness. The seasons change slowly and daylight gets shorter and shorter right up until 24 hour darkness in the winter, longer and longer until the 24 hour summer sun in mid June.
In November it looks like maybe daybreak may be coming at about noon, slightly lighter on the horizon, but 15 minutes later the night falls again. You get just a brief period of faint light on the horizon.
In December around Christmas you get the 24/7 nighttime. Everybody works 7 to 7, night or day shift. You go in the cafeteria in December at noon, its cold and dark outside, eat your lunch and go. At midnight, it looks the same outside, dark and cold, but the cafeteria is only 1/3 full while the day shift guys are sleeping. That's the only way you can tell its night in the lower 48 states.
Everywhere you go there are TV monitors stating 2 temperatures...the actual, and the wind chill. It might be minus 42 degrees F but it feels like minus 72 degrees F. If you are outside, your eyelids stick to your eyeballs when the tear film freezes. It sucks. Uncomfortable. Most work is indoors in machinery spaces.
In mid June, its sunny 24/7. The sun ''appears'' to go around you 360 degrees all day. If you're at the old Arco dorm facility, the sun at noon down at the end of the building looks higher in the sky than midnight. At midnight, the sun is now behind you at the other end of the dorm and is slightly lower in the sky. The sun rises and dips, its not in a constant elevation thanks to the 23.5 degree tilt of the Earth that gives us the seasons. I recall Summer, June 21, when the sun at noon looks like 2PM in California and at midnight looks like 4PM.
Other tidbits from the North Slope... in winter, you park your diesel truck in the lot, pull down the electric block heater and plug it in, and leave it idling all night. A fuel service comes by and refuels the trucks, sends your company the bill. You never shut the truck off. The thinner diesel fuel clatters like hell.
There are no trucks in or around Prudhoe Bay without cracked windshields.
Almost all equipment is indoors, pumps, compressors, tanks, station valves. The temperature is about 75 F inside but you need your Arctic jacket handy in case you need to bail out and go outside in case of a Hydrogen Sulfide alarm (that stuff can kill you in seconds) or when some dumb ass sets off $50,000 worth of firefighting Halon gas in your machinery space.
All of the main buildings housing offices and dorms, cafeterias, have heated swimming pools. Their main purpose is to be a reservoir for the firefighting pumps.
Everything is gas turbine powered up there. I worked for GE on overhauls and on getting new 35,000HP compressor trains started for the first time. The oil company guys work 12 hours a day, one week on, one week at home. I was stuck there 3 months at a time. The Northern Lights were cool. The airport is located in a place called Deadhorse. Nice name.
In 1979 I flew around the world in 2 weeks going East the whole time for one job in Bahrain. I never saw an ice wall or anything strange. The jetlag was a bitch, though. I hope this helps.

When you are near the North Pole the stars rotate counter-clockwise around Polaris....but when you're near the South Pole (southern wall...is that what you call it?), the stars rotate clockwise.
This is true for the Sun as well (North poles in summer its making counterclockwise circles & South Pole summer is makes clockwise circles)
I've observed this personally, as well as millions of people who live in each hemisphere can tell you. You can prove it without science, mathematics, you don't need a PhD. It's so simple. A spinning spherical earth is the only explanation....

The stars and the sun do NOT rotate. When i are in the north YOU (the earth) rotates. When you go closer to the Wall (the south) YOU rotate much faster and it seems it rotates the opposit direction. Like a fast spinning wheel that seems to rotate backwards.

In regards to your response.. about the water spilling out of it's freaking places, in reality it does on a flat Earth, it most certainly does.. have you ever heard of a flood have you ever lived near the shore where your house become flooded when you got too much rain and it overflowed out of the bowl out of Earth's cavity that holds the waters, when you get too much rain what does it do... it floods the surrounding areas and it feeds into the streams, you know it can go both ways depending on where the higher volume of water is coming from... For an example if I stood 100 foot from the White House and took a picture of it and then 2 Days Later came back and stood at a hundred foot and took another.. picture of it, in your mind do you think the size of that white house with change in that picture, and I wouldn't use any zoom len and take a standard picture, so therefore both pictures should match it shouldn't be any discrepancy.

I came here to see the counterarguments so that I could weight them out. I am not convinced the earth is flat, but I am convinced this video does nothing to counter the real arguments of the flat earthers. I will look somewhere else.
I'll give you my perspective, and I try not to be biased. I gave the FE idea real consideration and thought. But it just doesn't coincide with physics or the movement of the sun, or just so many things from math to personal observations. So the reason they have to deny gravity, is because it was pointed out to them that gravity completely demolishes the FE theory. If the earth, with its mass, were a flat disc, as massive as it is, it would crush itself into a ball under the "weight" of its own gravity. That's just the nature of gravity and equilibrium, for example a bubble is always round. So they'll say it's magic numbers, fake science, and raw observation using one's own senses will trump all. OK, so let's use our senses. The air on top of a mountain is thinner (less dense) than the air at sea level. Well, that can't be explained without gravity. If density alone determined what rises and falls, what the hell is making the air less dense up high? It's because the force of gravity is stronger close to the earth. It pulls harder on the air that's closer to it. We would actually weigh slightly less on a mountain too (not by much). So let's take that and transcend into another example of observation. Take a bowling ball to the top of that mountain and drop it. When things fall, they don't just fall at a steady speed; they fall at a rate of acceleration. So at the top of the mountain, the ball starts falling, and accelerates as it gets closer to earth. Well, that supports the idea that gravity is stronger as you get closer. But if it's all density and buoyancy, then shouldn't the ball slow down as it falls further into denser air? It's going through air that gets more dense, but it continues to accelerate. It would also accelerate through a vacuum, with all the air removed. So that completely discredits the density factor. Density is a measure of the amount of matter within a specific volume. The density isn't what gives things their weight; it's the matter. In other words, a pound of rocks and a pound of feathers have the exact same amount of matter. Rocks are just denser. But they both fall at the same speed when there's no air (vacuum chamber). Density does play a crucial role in the weights of gases, because they're not solid objects. So a helium balloon is going to float, yes, but if you could stuff more helium into the same size balloon (if the balloon didn't expand), it wouldn't become lighter, it would become heavier. That's due to the amount of matter in the balloon; yes, that translates to "the helium is more dense" but the density does not give the helium its weight, the matter does. Anyways, I hate to go through all this long-winded explanation, but I have to set the stage for you to understand. These people are going to fill your head with a LOT of misinformation. So if I said gravity, they'll say gravity is a lie and you don't know who to believe. But, if you can understand for yourself the way things work, then you can make an educated decision for yourself as to what makes sense. So here's the thing; call it gravity, or don't. Call it density and buoyancy (even though that makes absolutely no sense without factoring in gravity), or call it electromagnetic variations from the earth, or call it magic. It doesn't matter, because regardless of "what" it is, it always acts a certain way. And according to the way that everything everywhere is pulled to the earth, just looking at common sense and the way things always seek equilibrium, a flat disk earth would never be able to support itself as a flat disk. It's just not physically possible. It would collapse into something at least remotely round, because everything, water, dirt, all the weight of the world, is always pushing down on itself. And if you learn about physics and you break it down to a Flat Earther this way, all they can say is "bullshit you're a shill." Does that sound like an intelligent debate? These guys did horrible in school, so they attack the education system to make themselves feel better. And yeah there's a lot of corruption in our govt's and probably NASA and the rest, and I whole-heartedly believe in God. It's pretty easy to disprove, the Burj Khalifa does this straight away since people at the top experience the sun set 2 minutes after those at the bottom due to the curvature of the earth. All Flat Earthers are are people who want to be an expert on something but don't want to put the effort in to be one, unlike the thousands - millions of researchers over the centuries that have studied curvature so that these idiots can have nice things like Internet and airplane travel. And yet, you're adhering to a 'spinning ball'. The simplest way to explain gravity is that mass attracts (pulled to) mass. Your mass, my mass, the water's mass is all being pulled toward the much greater mass of the planet, to it's center point which is about 4000 miles below your feet. So no matter where you're standing on the planet, you're feet are always pointing 'down'. The water is always being pulled to the lowest spots it can get to (lakes or oceans), which is why there are waterfalls and not waterflies. The 'spinning' of the planet is negligible compared to the great mass of the planet.

One no matter how high you ascend the horizon always raises to eye level which is only possible on flat. If the horizon always raised to eye level, the earth would constantly be bending it's horizon upwards all the time to convince you that the earth is flat. If it was really flat, the horizon would never stay at eye level in great altitudes, assuming you are looking parallel to your flat earth, unless the earth is an infinite plane, and your flat earth isn't infinite, so it's all crap. In the current version of flat earth, if the sun circled the 'flat' earth like they say it does, then the sun wouldn't seemingly disappear behind the horizon, it would be Visible all over the earth simultaneously, and the 'so far away from you, that...' theory is crap, because it was already determined by flat earthers, that boats don't do that at a distance.

There is a little mistake concerning weight. We dont weight the same wherever we go. The earth is not exactly a sphere, is wider at the Equator line and flattened in the poles. Since gravity is straightly related with the distance from the center of Earth, you'd weight a little more in the poles than what you would at the Equator. That is, of course, if my phisics professor in highschool wasnt wrong. Great video anyways. The reason we have less weight on the equator is because of centrifugal force from the rotation of earth.

Though you missed the paranoid delusion that the UN has patrol boats to stop people finding the ice wall. CoolHardLogic hammers flat earthers (they use a far ruder name) using geometry and models of how a flat earth universe would have to behave to fit observations. Watching him drop the parallax hammer was amusing. They also worked out that with a boat every 10 KM, minimum required, they would need 10,000 patrol boats making it the largest navy in the world. Which, from my own head count, if you used every naval ship from every navy in the world would still come up short by about 700! Never mind that most would not be suited to those conditions!
And an over head light would need an magic shapeshifting lamp shade with a sun that can appear in any location of multiple locations at once that is required for it to be seen rising the in the way to everyone at whatever latitude they are at, OR those in the south (rimward) would see the sun rise and set NE/NW. Actually the sun rising and setting on a flat earth map works just the same..the earth would be flat with the north pole in the center and the sun and moon on opposite sides of each other moving clockwise..so it would still look to rise in the east and set in the west...I'm not a flat eather at all...at...all.... but I did watch a few videos to see what the hype is about and they have a theory worked out that actually, and I hate to admit this, does work....who ever came up with this is fucking with people hard..and since no one can travel deep into Antarctica on their own paranoid people jump on that conspiracy..
Actually it does not work for what is observed at every latitude. I suggest you check out the CoolHardLogic series on the matter as the geometry does not work when compared to what is actually observed. The sun and moon can not be opposite of each other all of the time as that is not how it works. We only see one face of the moon as it is tidally locked to Earth The flat earth model just doesn't fit observations no matter where you try to put the sun. The summer and winter equinoxes place the sun above the flat earth in very particular positions (The tropic of cancer and The Tropic of Capricorn) And if you measure the angle difference between both equinox observations it works out at 46.88 degrees. On the Flat Earth that says the sun is 3k miles above the Earth or 4800km and it works out as 2604km from the equator to the Tropic of Capricorn or Cancer. To cut a long maths lesson short that give of both observation on a flat earth as 57 degrees, which is not the 46.88 degrees which can be observed by anyone that bothers to look outside and perform the experiment accurately. I am not having a go, just pointing out that saying a model actually works is a complicated affair that goes way beyond surface glancing.
And once you move off of the equator to take observations from every latitude it gets worse still with varying answers, so finding 46.88 degree at whatever latitude you are at proves the earth is not flat.

There is a famous spot in northeastern Nevada where one can actually see the curvature of the Earth. For approximately 50 miles across the Great Salt Lake Desert in Utah, Interstate 80 is perfectly straight and stays at exactly the same elevation. Shortly after you cross the state line at Wendover, Utah/West Wendover, Nevada, the interstate starts to climb in elevation. A few miles into Nevada, after one has gained considerable elevation, there is a place where one can stop and look back over that entire 50-mile stretch, and the highway clearly appears to be bowed rather than perfectly flat. Since the highway remains at exactly the same elevation for the entire 50 miles, the evident bowing is entirely due to the curvature of the Earth.

This is entirely due to the curvature of the earth. If the earth were flat, the towers would be exactly the same distance apart at their bases and at their tops.
