    I followed this recipe last Sunday on my Classic to a T (including exact spices and Bourbon) and man it was so delicious. Heaven!! Love these recipes!! Thanks

    Such a lush dish. Come to find out, the DoJoe is the perfect deck oven. Corn, sweet potato and tri tip all went in at the same time and come out at the same item. Couldn't be any easier. Love that even heat. Happy grilling team!

      I like Jon but I really enjoy Eric’s recipes, I find the videos to be more professional and the recipes to be slightly fancier

    It's a great meal - but I don't see one thing requiring the DoJoe. And to stay safe, I'd rather lift the lid and handle those iron pans with Kevlar gloves than an aluminum peel. Awesome recipes though!
