*OPERATION DARKSTAR*
Operation Darkstar was an Operation where the goal was to explore outside of the rim of the Galaxy. 25 Units fresh out of training were randomly selected and given command of the Light Frigate P.G.S.F Ambition. P.G.S.F Ambition was loaded up with enough fuel, food, and power to keep the ship operational for the expected lifespan of the crew (around 500 Megacycles). The P.G.S.F Ambition set out in AW.191, reaching the rim of the Galaxy in AW.380.
In AW.382, the captain of P.G.S.F Ambition, Nefarious-class Unit KE-0284, reported "gravitational anomalies" coming from outside the ship shortly before all communications ceased. This was the last confirmed contact from P.G.S.F Ambition. In AW.532, after 150 Megacycles without contact from the crew, Operation Darkstar was called off, and the crew of the P.G.S.F Ambition were stricken from active Unit files. As of AW.574, the fate of the crew is still unknown.
Please produce a Part II to this masterpiece. It hits JUST the right spot. ✌️
There aren't any explicit 'part 2' compilations, but there are several other space-oriented compilations that scratch the itch. 'Songs for Dead Planets', 'Songs for Dark Space exploration and Zero-G Floating' and 'Dark Space Music for Stellar Nurseries and Galactic Clouds' are all in a similar vein. Enjoy ! :)

I'm about to start work on the next adventure for my published roleplaying game and this is just perfect for atmosphere and mood. Cryo Chamber is a go-to for ambient music and it really helps to put me in the zone as far as designing and writing goes.

I used to work on a game set on a spaceship. It was usually a multiplayer match game but you could use a debug command so you could run around the map solo. I used this to assess the team's work but honestly it just felt like I was wandering round an empty ship with some ambience a bit like this which I weirdly enjoyed.

Well , idk, this music makes me imagine mid-autumn forest during early sunny morning. It is calm, some yellow and red leaves fall, very thin fog rises from logs, mushroom caps are shining... Just like it was today.

the station also has a gym for exercise,a communication section
for staying in touch with earth and their families,living quarters
for all on the station and many other parts of the station but this
is main sections up here on the space station....
every so often when someone on station is at the end of their service
they are sent back home to earth via an earth ship to take them back
and brings new crewmembers up and continue where the others left off
and not just anyone can make it up here unless they have years of special
training and experience,the longest time for a crewmembers stint up here
is a year until they get enough experience here and then return to positions
back on earth,then new candidates worthy of becoming apart of the station....
well let's leave the space station and return to earth so until next time
