I sort of feel the same way. But we had a store owner chase down the shoplifters shoot at them in The Victorville Mall. He didn't shoot any of the shoplifters. He ended up shooting a 9 year old little girl. I think that we should give them jail time and cut off a few fingers !!!
We always think the police isn’t doing enough, but we need to look beyond the police department. We need to look at the DA not pressing charges and dropping a felony to a misdemeanor. Therefore these criminals are back on the streets looking for new victims. City leaders not giving enough police resources to enforce the law. Oakland is a breeding ground for criminals when the city council defunded their police department.
