I've seen 6 neurosurgeons in Melbourne, Australia for my low grade glioma and not one agreed (or is capable of) Duffau's approach. It's an absolute travesty. They only use awake surgery to preserve functions, but still won't use it to achieve a supratotal resection.
I hope his valuable knowledge is transferred to future neurosurgeons
