I looked at this just yesterday. If demill is in receiver, it's a no buy for me. If drilled barrel hole, then it's worth it. Got my P64 for 159.99 years back.
Did u hear of BRP Corp they have enfeilds no 1 mk 3 cut receiver demilled drill purpose barreled actions with a decent butstock and a brass but plate with various manufacturing marks for $60.00 shipped to you’re door pretty good for some parts check them out Frank
Definetely know what bayonet that is. pattern 1907 SMLE bayonet for the number 1 mk III lee enfield. U can tell cuz its so long and looks like the betal on the sheath is stapled on. I believe they patterned it like the arisaka bayonet. they wanted a long one to make up for the new universal short rifle. not very many of them have the quillion. before ww1 they wanted long rifles/bayonets and still drilled in pike like formations for defense against cavalry charges.
I was just looking at those p64s earlier today and saw the price but then I read the add . I still may get one it's better to have this one instead of none at all
The series letter (“L”) of that serial number indicates that the receiver was actually built in 1950 or 1951. So it was only in service a few years before it was DP’d.
Quick question. Could one of these be used as a parts gun for a rebuild on a 7.62 enfield action? Obviously, a 7.62 mag and extracter would need to be bought, but would the rest of the gun work for this?
I've never been able to get a good answer for this myself. Unfortunately I don't have a 2A1 to try it out. I do know the nose cap for a 7.62 is different from a No.1 but that doesn't necessarily mean it wouldn't fit.
@Readiness Reviews very interesting. Ya I've been playing around with the idea of buying a barreled action and rebuilding it but maybe it's just impossible
I just bought an Enfield that has a DP marked stock and front band. Should it be safe to fire? As far as I know, they are the only parts marked DP. Should I have it looked at by a gunsmith before firing?
Hey Ready THX great info there. I am going to look at one of the DP rifle wall hanger ! I need a good project rifle befor my Spanish Short Rifle get here from Hunters Lodge . Ready i just called over at Centerfire and there out 7/13/2022 Darn i would of ordered one.
"desecrate" a neutered former firearm? what about restoring a sporterized to more original glory? does that not allow for grace which absolves former wrong?
Love your videos! Where do you find gun shows in Georgia? I’d love to try my luck at one in the next couple weeks, do you know if anyone’s in the vicinity of Atlanta? Also, I would like to see a video of your whole gun room
I wanted to get a DP rifle years ago until.I found out they were all demilled. The bad thing about No.1 Mk3 pattern Lee's is there are 7 or 8 different for end variations and none of them interchange. I ended up getting hosed on a fore end I got for 170 bucks for a SMLE thad had a different fit up.
Lucznik is pronounced "Loo-Chneek". The Szkolny on the P64 slide translates to "School use" literally, but would more appropriately translate to "Training use".
Why would anyone want to buy a training rifle? How much did they pay for your channel to advertise their stuff? It’s so cringe to hear your enthusiastic voice 🤣
I've personally used a couple of these rifles to restore other rifles. My channel doesn't do sponsored content at the moment. Everything is purchased out of my own pocket.
I got one of the stocks from a DP rifle to restore a bubbaed No1 Mk3 to military configuration.
..."1907 Pattern" Bayonet for the SMLE No.1 Mk3.

Demilitarized by drilling thru BOTH Barrel and Reciever

Centerfire Systems is local to me. Great company. Love dealing with them.
It's a Pattern 1907 Bayonet with a WW2 scabbard.
Be patient with cutaway guns. In the future they will be worth the investment.
Great unboxing and information. Thank you for sharing. Blessings 👍🏼
Royal Tiger is selling m91 carcano carbines for 100$ (excluding shipping and tax). Pretty tempting.
Thanks for posting this on our Facebook page. That rifle will look nice cleaned up.

They have K31s w/o magazines for 399!?
Always good content! Just picked up a No 4 MK 2, love my Enfields….
Hi, do you have place wher I could get the lower wooden piece?
Thanks
Fantastic score man!

I used one of these as a donor gun and holy crap the hate I got about it…
Very nice. I just got hold of one of the No1 Grenade Launchers to go with my No4.
Bayonet is a Pattern 1903 British…
yeah you got the end cap right, its a 2a ishapore, not only is it squared it also doesnt have the stacking swivel mount on it.
The bayonet shown in the start of this video will work on that Enfield rifle. Try it.

I'm looking for a DP type 1 mrk 3 to restore my enfield. Where do you all find these?

hello
off topic but also a neat historical item. castle arms has ww2 era German 8mm AP ammo still in the original packaging on sale $265 for 300rds
It’s not ap , just steel core
@@toppermoore1925 what is the definition of AP ammo
I don't understand since the gun is not functioning why we have to fill out a form for it I know the law I just disagree with it
Receiver may still be intact
Just stupid ATF rules brother
Very cool 😎
Can tell me how to get my hands on them

Where to find a running No1 MK3? That’s a dream rifle of mine
ROYALE TIGER IMPORTS EXPECT A PROJECT
I have one it's for a no1 mk3 Enfield rifle
WW1 British bayonet.
$70 dollars for a paperweight… I guess as long as you like it.
I saw these guns at Centerfire systems but after my Hunter's Lodge experience I will pass.
ok you just brought junk...
That's a fair assessment of the P-64. The DP rifle is far from junk though. Over the past few years they have saved me tons on the cost of parts.
Why would anyone want to buy a training rifle?
