I have an iPad Air A1471 that have a major crack in the board and I have another that is icloud lock. Can I swap components from the cracked board to the icloud lock board? I wonder if you would ever make a movie about how to diagnose a fault without shorts the motherboard does not boot or there is no picture and the display is ok which corresponds for these two faults excuse my English. I have an iPad 7 pulling .45A from the charger. Battery slowly charges up. With battery disconnected no current from charger .00A I can see it perform the reset by watching the .45A go to zero. Not recognized by a pc nothing on screen. Changed tristar, same thing…Any advice?
I have exactly the same iPad and I having blacklight issues, I did replace caps next to lcd connect and also replace diodes but it remains same issue. Any ideas please thanks.

I had to replace the power button ribbon but now it won’t charge. Now I’m sad😞

Take Diode measurements at connector and compare to known good :)
