They are food
VJ CatGirl ok so what’s your point? Doesn’t make them less beautiful.
I Dont know why.. They look so cute 😍😍😍
These are the cutest horses. I like how furry they look.
napoleon would have loved these horses!
god damn it they are cute
The horse is similar to the pole bear / grizzly bear and the wild dog. This is an act of sustainability to live. They became short and furry to sustain the cold The Arctic winter.
Beautiful video! 💙Amazing Horses and winter ambience!! 💕💕❄🐎 ❄💙
the cold neverbothered me anyway
PBS13 Love your Nature Program. Never miss it or Nova. From UCF, Orlando. 🌴stay warm 🌴

0:40 Who tf said it's not elegant?!! What kind of aesthestic did he have?
They look a bit like very large Shetland ponies, don't they? Sort of round and shaggy.
Elegant horse potatoes 🥔 🐎💕
Really tough creatures
WOW PBS I HOPE YOU HAVE BIG FUNDING FOR YOUR CHANNEL OLD TIME TIMER BROADCASTING NET WORK NICE VEDIO THANKS
Cute
Vire nice horse I m pakistan
Icelandic horses do this too, they are their descendants after all. The Yakutian horse may win it by far though dont misunderstand me, but dont say no other horse can cope with extreme cold. Thats only true to the max extend like said adapted to the area they live in. We may not have the freezebox temps they have out there, but they also stay outside year round conquering blizzards and vile ever changing weather. 2 years ago a bombogenesis killed 100 out of 30000 horses here in one area, and most of them died because they got frozen in water spraying over them over and over again making them too heavy to stand and breath. No horse can survive that. Thousands of others including mine spent days buried in meters of snow waiting to be shoveled out. Alive. Love to learn about my horses far distant ancestors, giving him this genes to survive here, in for Yakutian horses, tropical climates.
😍😍😍🥰
Vay be
Przewalski horses didn't "change", this is the original horse.
This is not a Przewalski horse…

@@tsgansukh688Google Mongolian horse, it's completely different. Even logically you can come to realisation that they lived and evolved in two completely different climates and environments.
they eat them as well
Are these horses descendants of demesticized Przewalski's horses?
No, they're related to all other domestic horses.
Przewalski horses are a separate subspecies of horse. They have been crossbred with some horses like Mongolian horses, but Przewalskis themselves have not been domesticated.
let's be friends 🐴👍💪 f

They’re cute.

1:12 this poor horse is in serious pain...
i feel so bad for these horses yes they do mind the cold that hurts. protect our animals................
Yes, that's what I think too. They must be hurting in that minus 70c temperature!
They are adapted to survive in the arctic, but at what price?
@@r2out you could say that about ANY animal that lives in the Arctic, but it’s not logical. They are adept to their environment SO it does not hurt them. You can say that about Arab horses in the desert that it’s “too hot an dry” for them, but they adapt to the environment so it DOES NOT hurt them. What’s the point of adaptation if you suffer? I think you missed the point of this
@@r2out and look at the Sherpa people, they live up in the highest mountains that would be far too dangerous and harsh for us ordinary people. Some climb up Mount Everest for their JOB, but the reason they can do that easier than most people is their body has adapted to the climate and altitude. Are you going to tell them to move to ‘Merica because it’s “better” for them?
Dont humanise them, if they cant cope they would simply die, thats how nature works. Give them a warm stable they could go in, an none of them would. They only thing horses require is a shelter from wind, wether it be natural (a cliff, trees or wall) or constructed. Since they live in a herd, even that is not necesary, they will stand close to eachother and change the ´windcatchers´ all the time and have the youngest and weaker horses in the middle. Horses, especially primitive breeds like this, are very inventive.
Sooo obviously they are eating those horses right

Horses are more nutritious than beef soooo
You eat pork so whats the problem?
they can't just go to Burger King next door...they have to eat anything to survive
yes we do eat horse meat

Who's here thanks to Pandasakha?
Also Arabian horses can live in such a weather
Ofcourse no
@@MrVitconst no my friend they can
There is an Arabian horses live in European countries right now, and they used to live in there
And also if you read history:
When napoleon invades russia, only the Arabian horses in his army survived the cold weather there
@@mr.tamimi8854 Arabain horses can't survive in -70C on the air 24/7 without stable for whole year. Moreover, Yakutian horse get grass (a grass covered under 1 meter snow slice) feed on the winter time without human assistance. Yakutian horse is mutant, who adobted live in extreme cold weather.
P.S.: Yakutia have much extreme cold weather than the rest of part Russia

Evolution nonsense.
Why is it nonsense ?
@@firasb-ck1dj because he's an idiot. 😊
I mean, he is a bit rude abour their shape but what other explanation do you have for their adaptation to that climate? And please dont say "god".
@@gentlechaos5911
I don't think its evolution that made horses have short legs because it takes thousands of years, but it is selective breading. and why do you bring religion in?
People freaking out over that saying... cant you seriously not see the pun towards showhorses?
