- Hey guys! today I'm continuing my new series to create a mashup of 2 of my favorite series that I do here on my channel. I'm combining Create This Book (which is an art prompt journal) and Squishy Makeovers (where I redesign used squishies) to make a whole new series. I'll be using the drawing prompts in create this book to inspire a new paint job for one of my damaged squishies. It's a brand new way to customize squishies, and I'm so exited to try it!

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 27 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I make a lot of decorating, painting and general art videos here. I'm obsessed with editing and adding lil bits to my videos, so if that's not your thing....oof you may hate this haha. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try LOL).

Idk, my art teacher was pretty amazing. I also got tonenjoy her all throughout elementary school, thennshe transferred to Jr. High and again transferred to HS. Idk it was just a huge coincidence but I loved it!

I've been watching Moriah since 2019. Just recently came back, and now I remember why I loved her so much. Her vibe always kept my attention. At the time I had ADHD, but remained undiagnosed. Her videos always have something new popping onto the screen every .5 seconds, and keeps my short attention span. I love you Moriah, keep doing what you're doing!

that seashell is actually an ammonite shell! ✨ they’re very common fossils from the Jurassic and Cretaceous era, sometimes they’re very shiny and iridescent because the material that formed the creature’s shell (nacre) turned into a mineral known as aragonite over time :) not saying Moriah didn’t know, but it’s extra information if anyone was interested ^^

honestly, that shell squishy was pretty simple, but I like how she painted it disregarding the mold, it gave it a very unique look
1. You could call the new bunny Fresa, (strawberry in Spanish) to avoid the overlap!
2. You could call the not-bored sloth, Scribble since that was the inspiration/prompt!

The ideas from the book are pretty easy to make. The ideas for the squishy are harder. She means that she would never come up with the squishy idea if she hadn’t had a prompt. And also if we use the scribble prompt as an example: it’s easy to make the scribble prompt, but not to make the design in the book (or squishy).

Can we all collectively agree that Moriah is a genius? She's managed to pull over 7 million subscribers just by being herself, unapologetically. She makes what makes her happy, and her viewers thrive off of the bright colors and positivity. She also has very clever marketing aswell, making classic characters like Pickle or Shelly come to life for people to buy. Moriah's videos never get old.
