Hello mam,thanks for your informative video.Mam is it mandatory to write the first letter of the word in upper case by using articles for the SAQ'S (from 8-14)?.For instance a pillow/A pillow or just pillow. Will the marks be penalized for this?.

Hi mam ,in the matching question 1-7 I need to write the answers in upper case alphabet (A,B,C,D)only or if I write in lower case(abcd) which will be penalised or not

No, capitalisation shouldn't matter, but why would you want to write in lower case in the first place?
