It's actually a very green vegetated city. In the summer I mean.

No 3 hour per day rush hour traffic. but not as much opportunities as Columbus, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa etc. if you can survive the brutally cold long fridget winters, driving through 6 inch of snow on the way to work, your car rusting out within 4 years, it's actually a nice and fun place to live.
