Yes exactly my uncle has all these symptoms and he went to 8 doctors they all said that you have inxiety and put him on antidepressants. After 6 month finds out his d3 level 18 ng......... So all the problem wer from d3 deficiency.... Remember you do your vit d test in the first phase other wise you will eat tons of medicine till you find the reason.....
I have a vitamin deficiency and my doctor told me take multivitamins and vitamins d. I’m taking 1000 ui vitamin d per day for a month now and haven’t noticed a difference in my anxiety. Is it safe to take 3 1000ui pills a day?
@@bv5365 dear you are right but your dose is not correct, if you're below from 30 ng then you must take 50000 iu per week or 10000 per day with k2 and mag glicinat. Believe me you will feel great but after 2 months. It takes time.. But your dose is not enough, don't worry dear you will feel great again with the time and right dosage...
Vit D isn't the only thing that makes a big difference to anxiety per se, but it can be part of the reason for it. Look at malabsorption issues vs just trying to up the dose. See a nutritionist.
