He was the when I needed him and woke me when I would stop breathing in my sleep. What a blessing He was. He passed years ago but still visits me in my sleep. I miss my black cat, never have I had such a deep connection to an animal as with him.. They're very special. It's been three years but i still crumble from time to time.
I used to have a black kitten named Toothless. Sadly, he died of a super rare disease before he even reached a year old. This was a little over two years ago. I held him against my chest as he passed. He was the sweetest, goofiest, and most loving cat I'd ever had (& I grew up with cats). I still miss him greatly. I love watching these vids of black kitties. They help me remember my sweet, silly boy. Maybe someday I'll get another one. For now, our 3 dogs are enough.
