@@KarriMichell Thank you. We are enjoying every minute of this trip. And lately, we have been running into very nice overlanders. Meeting people on the road is a treat. ❤️
The basin of the caldera near the end of the episode is amazing. It reminds me of Crater Lake NP in Oregon. And that too, was like a 1/2 hike down to the water, and 2 hours up. Though not at any high altitude that you have in Ecuador. The tunnels on the way to THE WATERFALL were amazing. A little too dark, narrow and dark... I've done tunnels (with Edwin), but they are a challenge. Sometimes I couldn't see 'light' at the end... yours were pretty open. I think the structure of the walkways is interesting. The solid rocks/sand are well planned. Not a lot of signage... so you're really seeing unspoiled land. Also I'm familiar with the name Cotopaxi - it's the name of a company that makes colorful outdoor gear. (You know me, I never met a handbag I didn't like!!). Check your email. Love you both. Besos to you. E&G.
Haha. I am familiar with the Cotopaxi brand as well. Jarek came back from the tunnel behind the waterfall totally soaked. It was a fun adventure. Beds to you and Gigi as well.
What amazing things you are seeing and doing! I get worried about you when you are walking in tricky places and filming. Stay safe!
