Another tip with Sion not mentioned his death timer starts the moment he dies or when his passive starts. So the longer you can stay in your passive form the less downtime you will have while waiting to respawn. Early game when death timers are short he could be back at fountain just seconds after passive ends.
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends dude, you forgot to mention the most important combo in sion's arsenal, charging W then E minion to slow the enemy and walk up then charge Q, after Q lands auto for grasp while they are stunned and go back to your wave, it's the most important combo in laning phase.
Would it be possible in future guides when during the build order section you mention the items "as needed" that you put on screen when to build which? for example an item thats good into mostly tanky teams, ad teams etc. :3
I've seen Sion players get so tanky to the point a max grit Sett W in the CENTER had the same impact as a 6-year old with a Sock'em Bopper. Put simply, he was quite literally impossible to kill
As a Sion main, I have to comment on the build order recommendations. I find that either a Sunfire or Hollow Radiance into Titanic Hydra is a much better build order now since you get a much better early game. You can consistently get to 11 cs/min with this order and I've found more success with it. Finishing out with Overlord into Thorn into Jak'Sho or Randuins. Heartsteel just isn't that viable into most matchups. Malphite is pretty much the only one you can rush for since the lane is so easy.
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends Hollow Radiance + Titanic can easily get to 12cs/min in midlane. You could also run the old tower destruction build going Hullbreaker into Triforce into regular tank build. Those are the 2 main builds I see large successes with. Sion jungle rushing Frozen heart with Phase Rush is also really strong right now.
I'm in the baby stages of maining Sion, do you find the earlier lead in cs is more favorable than the stacking that heartsteel provides? Cause my games always last long enough that I feel it when I haven't been stacking HS as my second item. I am filthy and like to take him into the jungle though so I dunno
@@KinxArts it has been a long time since I've changed my Rune page and I don't remember what's on it but it definitely had conqueror and demolish my build path is Titanic Hydra into boots of swiftness heartsteel and then Overlord bloodmail typically if the game goes on long enough I'll finish off with either gauge or another hp item like thornmill
Also I've been seeing better results with Lich Bane > Cosmic drive > riftmaker rather than the Lich Bane > shadowflame build Could you try it out and give your opinion on it??

He still respawns at fountain when passive ends, so you dont really get there faster.

as a sion main, i mainly e into hold q to prevent the enemy running (if enemy didnt use any move or flash)

I’ve seen a lot coming away from titanic second but honestly I like it too, the farming help if you’re not used to 100% farming is amazing!
