Great demo! Rotating the camera to show the stitch line was really interesting. My 2 cents is that it's probably worth it to save the camera most of the time, maybe taking them off when you're really going for cinematography above story-telling. There was one video you did, maybe with the 3rd-party lens guards on, where the stitch was clearly mismatched. With these it would be very hard for me to tell the difference if you didn't show them back to back. I always love your 360° camera work.
I just got those lens cards in. Want them from Amazon to avoid the $18 shipping insta360 charges. I'll probably use them if I'm in areas where there's like trees or things that might scrape the lenses. But I'm going to treat them just like I would the unprotected lenses. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for the review. Too bad they are not selling just the protector lens without the black plastic ring. Black plastic ring stays always but the protector is changing.
When I attached the black ring of the removable lens guard without the actual lens guard, I cannot insert the device inside my underwater casing (version 1) anymore. :(
