As a technical hint, you might see if you can rig up a small sandbag to a bungee cord to hold your tripod down. That's a trick I learned to hold down reflectors and lights against wind, but I bet it would work in water too. A couple of pounds would go a long way.

Hi I Watch All Your Videos But Carnt Understand Why You Don't Throw The Wood On The Sides Of The Banks as They Will Only Get Stuck Somewhere Else Down Stream From Blue In England
Our response to this is what it always is. There is no where else to put it. We are not going to spend hours lifting and throwing every branch onto the bridge to then have to pick it up again to put somewhere else. There are no banks to put it on. Also, wood is good to leave in water as it helps other water wildlife. We understand not everyone likes that we do it but this is how we will continue to do it when there is no other choice.
When I get a flow like that, I like to do what I call the shimmy method to loosen the mud. I get the rake out like you are all doing around this time 30:00 and just do quick small forward and backwards loosening motions. Like a couple inches each time forward and back. Slowly moving towards yourself. That way the water pressure pulls the mud you are loosening so you don’t just get one rake full, you get multiple as you move.
Great job!! Might take out a small part and let it drop from that, then come back and get the rest of the beaver dam, hard to get that whole dam all in one take

I’ve heard that beavers build back bigger and better dams every time their dams are removed. This one has a very wide base, so this dam must have been destroyed several times.
I wouldn’t be able to do that in jeans. It has to be so hot. I would go to the thrift store and try to find some golf type pants. It would be way easier to move around in and way less hot. Props for being able to handle that.

I would say there is to many sticks to just push them through. I would think it's just going to cause a jam further down stream.

They said at the beginning why they erected working that way. It was easier for them to get out by leaving the left side for last.

I m just curious why you tore out beaver dam. It wasn’t interfering with road and bridge. In fact it keeps a lot of debris from the road.

You'd get eaten alive by mosquitoes not to mention ticks. Most golf pants are polyester blend; they don't breathe as well as denim(cotton.)
