Thanks! All the users can communicate with each other and send attachments via private messages by clicking on the "Send Message" button. This feature is already included with the theme. Also, if user registration is allowed in the WordPress Dashboard > HivePress>Settings section, then any user can register an account on your platform. Since it's a two-way marketplace, once they register, they'll be able to post requests if they need a freelancer for their project, or they can list their own services and become vendors.

I have a question I want to make it a secure platform. Is there any way by which buyer pays me, then after the work is done, i release the payment together by duducting the commission fees to the seller. In case seller is unable to complete the work, I will then refund the money to the buyer

You can create custom post types with advanced custom fields. But you won't be able to achieve this with any free version as you are going to need to design custom pages for both experts and clients, record payments and commissions owed, relations and input forms... The only solution that will allow you to do that without coding is Crocoblock, but it cost $199 per single website and you have to build everything from scratch!

You don't need any page builder with this theme, it works with Gutenberg directly. Otherwise you can use any page builder regardless then insert shortcodes on your page, same thing
