Ugh! Seeing that barbed wire wrapped around the mulcher drum was painful. Seems it didn't do any damage to the implement, so that's good. Never had barbed wire be the culprit myself, but about 50' of 3/16" cable and a brushhog deck got me once. Keep it up. Love watching you get things done!
Cedar are hard wood. The reason the wrap up is because of the mulcher you have. It doesn’t have the depth gauge bands, so those shanks just bite. And I highly suggest you get the Fecon hydro cooler attachment. That machine isn’t made to handle that continuous flow and heat.
If you change to the knives on the mulcher you will see a big difference in the mulch and the way it will cut and it’s so much better. The k Ives take much less energy to mulch than the ones your running
You can only burn cedar trees in an outdoor fir r or fire pit. You cannot burn this in a fire place due to the sap in the wood. Thesap can cause a chimney fire.
Hey Ryan, Thank you for another video for us to watch. The drone makes things a better view. Be safe Take care, Take it Easy and TRUST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You know, this is just my opinion . You have successfully demonstrated how useful that JCB can be. I think additional product demos are in order, thoughts?
What is the purpose of mulching or clearing the area? What about the stumps? Would love to have that timber for my log burner all the same 😢😂 scarce in Ireland 😂
WOW the J C B with the mulcher attachment really eats them up. What are their plans for the property you cleaned up? Thanks again take care and have a great upcoming week 👍
Maybe I'm wrong, but, that seems to be some decent firewood gone to waste. Maybe there's more to it than I think but it seems to me that someone that burns would have liked that wood (after it dries) and would have taken it for free. The landowner could then hire you to mulch the stumps and left behind rubble.
Thats a great duo. Smart way to use for the big investments. Save your back and consider electric gate openers. How are the locating id esr tags working? Its time to consider finishing cattle for direct sale in coop with this'll do farm iowa pork producer. Get top $$ and a retail commission 10%. Cole blazed 6 fat open cows out in 24 hours. Worth the trailer haul to Iowa. Suggest a family pack including pork, beef, and your merch. 100 hats trade retail for retail meats for home cookout events. They ship from freezer facilities. You would be a great rotational beef source as you bring sales for also pork. Do a channel collab farm visits. Become a fair middle man vs the packer monopolies.
I guess I understand clearing underbrush for pasture. But killing trees? Wouldn't they be able to be transplanted for cash? I know you are smarter than the losers killing rainforest in Brazil. Right?
Not at all. They’ll decompose just the same as the rest. I wouldn’t just mulch them in drier areas. Decompose even faster if you push them up and burn the mulch.
that thing really does a good job fast!
Mighty job Ryan, that is a Weapon for sure💯👌👍🙏🙂
Good winter time side money. That machine will pay for itself.
Thanks for sharing, nice to see you can leverage the JCB into a little extra income off the farm. Wishing you and your family the best.
Good to see you working with the Mulcher and JCB just look out Fences and Rocks .
Hannah and I will be live streaming at 3PM central on UA-cam!
It seems the mulcher gave you some great opportunities for the slower time of the year. Its nice to see it works out so well for you!
Great Video Tyan, the JCB is a pretty impressive machine with that mulcher on the front, thanks for sharing
Great video, thanks.

That setup is a beast!
So beast. Great machines
That fence wire looked fun to get out
Now you need to add a mini-ex with brush trimmer and you can be a full service tree removal and trimming company.
It's nice to watch that mulcher do its job😉👍 but it looks scary, tough.
Hey Ryan nice video
Wicked video,! Mulcher looks scary when it’s running.
Cedars will rob your ground or water good video
Impressive machine!

awsome video ryan thumbs up and shared
good stuff
I think more planning leave sections grow and fire wood and mulch them
Happy Sunday
You too!!
So hay stays hay when it’s wrapped because of how dry it is? So if the grass is baled and wrapped while still “wet”, it will ferment into silage?
Hay Ryan,pasture looks good
Muy bueno! Impecable 👌🏻 👍🏼 👏🏻 🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜
That Fecon is an animal! Oh yeah, Ryan is an animal also.

Bravo - Grand Machine - Grand Video. Your JCB - Major Muncher ; Major Bulldozer. Greetings from Canada - Have a Nice Day Eh. Thank you Ryan.🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
I have a love/hate relationship with cedar! Lol.
The Juniperus virginiana I planted now 40 years later have trunks that are 16" diameter. That JCB mulched yours like a champ. Are yours native?

Hi How Farm’s Works,Ed from Vermont
how many total acres did you do on that job ?
Why do you have to cut down just more grass land for cattle needed? Would think these are good wind breaks
It’s a property that is completely unusable because the trees are so dense. The landowner wants to get it usable again.
What app do you use to locate property lines?
OnX hunt
Hey Ryan!! How do you bid your jobs? Is it by the hour or acre?
Around here it is by the hour.
Now that's it's mulched, What about the stumps that's left? You going to come back with a big back hoe and dig them out to make the ground usable?
👍
Does this guy know how to make a dollar, or what. Freaking awesome!
i gave anybody credit of making litter side cash and awesome that skid steer mulching head allow you make side money

Cedar isn't the greatest for fireplaces as it throws a lot of sparks.
@@Oak_Hollow aaaahhhhh. Ok. Thank you.
@Oak_Hollow you mean embers?
No soft wood is great to burn in your house it will work fine for camp fires and such
@@jasondelaney6849 Sparks flying through the air are technically small embers.
What a waste. Here in south Texas we use cedar trees for fence posts

That wood is only good for outdoor use cuz of all the sap.
Your gonna stream during the packer game smh.
I guess I understand clearing underbrush for pasture. But killing trees? Wouldn't they be able to be transplanted for cash?
I know you are smarter than the losers killing rainforest in Brazil. Right?
The trees shade the ground from receiving sunlight and reduce the production of foliage by half.
News flash that's not how you remove cedars ever. Not sure what the fantasy of the land owners are but you just created a disaster area.
