What is the offense in telling an officer a wrong name IF NOT DETAINED? What about if not detained PLUS not even being a witness to a crime being investigated? p.s. Since she said she “felt threatened” under the totality of those circumstances it’s quite clear she is unfit to be an officer. You should talk to Boston Market and ask them to trespass the police. Tell them what you told the officers: that the police are scaring their customers away. Or better yet, if they don't want to do it themselves, ask them to delegate trespass authority to you, so that you are authorized to chase the police, as well as other undesirables (junkies and such), off their property for them. Make sure it's a written agreement. You will probably have to give them the same authority to them. That way the next time the police scare your customers off, you can just go over to them, hand them a copy of the agreement, and tell them in no uncertain terms to leave.

You should talk to Boston Market and ask them to trespass the police. Tell them what you told the officers: that the police are scaring their customers away.
Or better yet, if they don't want to do it themselves, ask them to delegate trespass authority to you, so that you are authorized to chase the police, as well as other undesirables (junkies and such), off their property for them. Make sure it's a written agreement. You will probably have to give them the same authority to them. That way the next time the police scare your customers off, you can just go over to them, hand them a copy of the agreement, and tell them in no uncertain terms to leave.
The standards of modern policemen is at an all time low. This bunch of misfits, weirdo’s and ponytailed quota hires look like the bar from Star Wars scene. File a complaint add video to the file, breach of public trust, unprofessional, grand liars face... False reporting that is. She can't be trusted on the stand either..natural born liar. Put paper on them and file certified complaint to the Illinois Police Officer Training and Standards Board..some decertification hearings need to start happening to hold them accountable for this type of officer being on the streets. People start seeing the board that certified these clowns the board will step up and start decertification on them.
