I ride Java Veloce 3 disk shimano sora which is also 9.5 kg with pedals and I am a rider from Shillong which is a hill station with super sharp corners and always raining but the bike is a beast, climbs like a beast, corners like butter and I have hit speeds above 60kmph... You should try and review that as well..
My ridley democules 3 small size(52) weighs 9.7 exactly with pedals ...and it has aluminium fork.... With tiagra groupset... KAZE is somewhat heavy ..which is the part which makes it heavy...??😊

Its better to go to your nearest cycle repair shop then ask them the problem then research then act accordingly mine has the same problem back then when i statted6it took 400 500 Rs for the complete handle stem spacer an all i guess you have the same problem

Deep sec alloy wheels are always heavy. You won't find any good aluminum wheel this deep. Only carbon ones because carbon is lightweight
