In such high heat hydration is most important. Key is to drink at least 500-600 ml every hour, take a small sip every 10-15 mins. Try to add some kind of electrolyte with has Sodium & Potassium, also Magnesium. Kuch nehi toh just Tang / Glucose or even Lemon juice with little salt & Sugar, is a must.
I had a similar experience last year. Temp reached around 52 and I could only do 120 km of the planned 160 km. Now, I follow hydration very religiously. Now, every time I ignore hydration, it becomes painful. Up to 1.5-2 hr ride it's ok, if riding normally. But for distance beyond 40-50 km, HYDRATION and NUTRITION is the only key.

Bad judgement to long ride in this weather. I'm personally only taking out my bike after 10:30pm to 12am. At least rickshaws have top cover.

Bro, instead of carrying a bag, I will suggest to fit a Studds bike Top box in the rear carrier and put all your essentials in it. also carry one empty bag, while hotel check in, use that bag to take your clothes... The top box is of 22-23 litres capacity. Please give it a try in the next long ride.. You can make a video on it...

The lack of coordination prepration ruined the ride tbh i prefer you to visit vrindavan alone on same bike then record it with better prepration

Well done ride 😎. But, it must be so draining in the heat 😞 . Glad that you and members are safe. The trip feels only adventurous before starting. And then we have to make up our mind after trip in the name of adventure and enjoyment, just because it gives you break from daily stressful mindset. One stress to another should not be called as a change or workout. Especially when people have hyperhydrosis, they even sweat in minor changes with temperature. Don't know what to do. There must be some solution for this apart from constant hydrating (and grow trees missions). Another commenter is talking about a water sprinkler. Do you know anything about it?
Must there be some Ayurved and homeopathic remedies or prevention to enjoy rides?
Must do a special vlog on this trying different techniques.

I don't know how you guys do it. I don't mind the heat like today itself I had to get my stamina wacked my the heat during my 95km ride(i had a friend with me so had to slow down which made things worse). Not having any scenery makes me loose my mind. The heat from road would just make me a angry knob.

Ye unplanned thi so can understand the challenges you people must have gone through. I usually avoid unplanned long rides. When I plan I make sure we leave morning by 4 or 4:30, have total rest from 1 to 4 pm and then continue till late evening. Iss se sun stroke ki jyada chinta nhi hoti hai.
