U.S. warned U.S. citizens on March 7th of an impending terrorist attack and to stay away from concerts ....the warning was for 48 HOURS ONLY. The terrorist attack was planned for the 8th, 9th or 10th -- at the Shaman concerts at the same venue. However, the security was very heavy at those concerts so terrorists delayed for two weeks.
The attacks were supposed to happen BEFORE the Russian elections on March 13th through 15th. One of the terrorists was photographed at Crocus on March 7th, casing the location. So yes ... the U.S. knew the dates of the original attack plan but gave the Russians no information otherwise. ... Wonder how U.S. knew the attack was coming. 🤔
