Officials provided an update Monday on the investigation into an apparent second assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. The suspect, Ryan Wesley Routh, was charged earlier Monday with two firearm offenses in federal court. Secret Service engaged with the suspect who was pointing a high-powered rifle toward a Florida golf club where Trump was golfing Sunday, officials said.
