Beautiful car 👌🏽 First AMG I’ve been in and driven. I’ve been lucky enough to drive the E63 with the twin turbo 5.4s, the C63 with the 4.0 as well as the 6.2 63. There’s nothing like having the reliability of those 5.4s and the easy power gains
Those fins in front of your radiator that were partially blocking intake hoses were made to remove water when you drive through the rain. Now you cut them and water will shoot directly at your filter!
Hey Adam. i really need your knowledge on this one if you will. i have the same motor on my CLS 55, recently i have started developing a weird ticking noise coming from the valve covers i guess ( the top part of the engine ). and i was concerned about it, so i took the car for a test drive to see if the noise was increasing or not. during the test drive i was going 60-70% throttle and i have noticed after my first pull the supercharger sort of disconnected and the car was basically running without it. also, the ticking noise was increasing as i increased my speed. i figured i could reach you out and perhaps you could guide me on what to inspect. Since most mechanics on my area aren't all that familiar with these motors. ill be most grateful if you could at least direct me to things i should be looking at. BTW, i enjoy the content on these motors and find them really entertaining keep up the good work!
Hi Adam. I really like this video. Did you use the original transmission oil cooler brackets for this installation? If so, can you please explain how you positioned them? Thanks, Charles
I'm not satisfied with my v12 R230 intake temps after the VRP Heat Exchanger + VRP Secondary Heat Exchanger + Bosch 010 IC pump upgrades. Next up for me is a Weistec trunk tank paired with a FI Interchiller and removing all the heat exchangers
Hey ND I have a question for you would a fixed supercharger pulley wear the unit out faster than a clutch pulley and what are the benefits of fixed I appreciate your videos very informative thanks
You can put the tee right where the factory h crossover was for the new tank feed correct? Then you could run the bleed line to the tank also and have it self bleeding. That would work too correct?
Merry Christmas, Adam!
why thank you
you too

yes I am a bigggggg fan of the m112k and the 113k they work well and make easy good power

Thank you for showing the difference between them Abe showing how to install

Great video! Please tell if you also plan to update the pump? I know VRP sells their pump with better performance.
for pump I am going to do a trunk tank with a rule 2000 and run twin pumps unless VRP sends me a free one to test not sure if I will doer one
@@Nd_72 Got it. I know nothing about such "trunk tank" setup. Can't wait for future videos!

just a fyi with the ac intercooler set ups is your ac is alway running and the compress now will go out sooner
Nice and cold!
yessss

maybe some
but the on and off shocking the supercharger is also not good

should never tested it that way wait no you need to bleed it from the highest spot that is where the air gets stuck
What are the sizes of those straight plastic hose connectors that you use instead of H one? Maybe some link? Thank you!
3/4 you can get them on amazon or autocrat store
Can you recommend a good performance intercooler for a mercedes c250
Don’t have that car so I can’t sorry
right now i'm also modding my SL 55. The original cooler was left in the circuit with the new one?
Yep
When LSD will join the car?
I have one in my tool room but think I want it for my e55 and my slk32 is getting one soon
You're wasting money and performance buying these kits... You can get much better quality and better performing product going with other stuff.
Like what..?
