@@TurnBasedLovers Unfortunately I could not tolerate the low quality they presented and stopped playing the demo a bit after the first battle so I could not male a real opinion. It is already a low quality game as it is. First thing when you launch the game it is such a small window that you can see 90% of your screen (window mode, easily resolved by changing the resolution or going full screen). You get to play a last boss battle with a lvl99 party and lose (you get a glimpse of high level). There was a hint telling you that you could move characters to protect those in the back but there was nothing really explaining how to do it (no text, images, arrows...) So I just cast the biggest skills I could (once again no tooltips explaining what the skills/magic did...). Main character creation with "roleplay elements" like in some rpgs you make choices and you get skills and stats depending on your choices (you can easily get a warrior or mage, the choices are rather clear - I liked this part). Then you pass a few screens giving brief explanations of how the game is played and giving you options (either auto play like ogre battle or full manual turn based). They introduce you some characters but not clearly saying : "this is your party" (I had 4 dupes so I thought I would have to chose). And...secondly start combat. Wh...what ? I could not even change my formation ? So mages in front and warrior in the back... -_- o....k esc quit game bye. Sorry but with age I forgive less and less easily.
Stellar Tactics and Caves of Lore need a look 2 party based turn-based cRPGs, one sci-fi, one fantasy! They are so underrated because the media only wants to look at latest games or games coming out soon!
Very high potential, let's hope it's not a mild disappointment like Sea of Stars. Solid jrpg, but not really close to the Chrono Trigger level (I know, high expectations)
I appreciate you sharing indie games and even found a few that look interesting. However, real time with pause is NOT turn-based and I don't feel they belong in this video.
Dude, u gotta talk in a normal voice and cadence, it comes off very faky. U sound like ur trying to sell me on a mobile game in an add. U also talk really fast and ur like gasping for air
Jon, thanks for the feedback. I know it's a long road to improving my pronunciation. Over the years, I’ve really taken these comments to heart to keep getting better. So, thanks again!
Thanks for making these and putting the steam links in descryption, wishlisted some.

Please do and let me know your opinion :)

The list looks promising...Threads of Time, The Grave and Pathbreakers...specially Threads of Time.
Yes indeed. Those pixel graphics are just too damn irresistible! haha :)
wouldn't know about any of these games if not for you. Thanks!
Thank you. If my videos are useful, I'm very happy 😊
Threads of time looks beyond incredible. I hope the plot music and gameplay are equally good
Indeed. Expectations are great
Underkeep got instantly added on wishlist. Im a big fan of Eye of the Beholder series.
I'm a huge fan of dungeon crawlers too, and Underkeep had me hooked from the very start. :)
great video!!! and AMAZING looking games
Thanks Pedro

It’s about time someone tried to replicate Ogre Battle’s combat mechanics!!
Indeed 🤩
Threads of Time looks really promising.
Finally something that maybe scratches my Chrono Trigger itch.
Yeah, I won't lie-it's probably one of my favorites here :)

Thank you hope you feel better soon
Thanks mate :)
I didn't like every game here but I did find several for my wishlist!!
Awesome 👌 better than nothing
@@TurnBasedLovers Yep, you have great taste in games, I always find some for my wishlist, some to buy right away!
Pathbreakers looks good
Indeed
New subscriber new to pc games, trying strategem and grave demo thx
Awesome. Let me know your opinion after tried
+1 for Include real time with pause. Scratches the same itch
Pathbreakers looks cool. Too bad we're probably a year+ away from the release.
Yeah, unfortunately, it was just announced a few days ago, so there’s definitely going to be a bit of a wait.
Thanks for the hard work. Great list, and well done on improving your English. AI voices suck.

Indeed. But from time to time I make some exceptions 😉
It's not a video game if it's not 2d or pixel in my book 😊
Oh wow more sleeping simulators for gamers without reflexes lmao
