If I recall, I edited out one get off at that rock ledge near the end. The rest, I just tried to edit out enough to keep it from being too long. Anyway, not too bad on a 330 lb. XR 650! I'm looking forward to trying it again in a couple weeks on my new 450 XCW - whole different animal!
Curt Conrad Wait until you see how much it has all changed. I'm not sure when you shot your vid, but I was just up on B&T, Double Top, and others, and B&T looks nothing like what it did back when you rode it. I hear you on a heavy bike...your ride looked to be an XR650L....I ride and XR650R! Be prepared for a challenging ride! I hope your not riding alone, like in your vid! The last 2 years have brought us a lot of rain, so trails have degraded considerably, please be careful, and enjoy your ride!
I did it back in 2003 on a XR 600...just got my lost VHS tapes transferred to DVD . Love seeing this video. Brings back fond memories
Stay on the trail!!!
Check out my new Colorado dirt biking videos.

This you?
It is me, with a helmet cam.
a 650, wow. i'd hesitate to take my 530 in there w/o a gear down. I'm at 14/48, I think, here in Michigan.
BOOO! You edited out your get offs....BTW, the trail is way tougher now!
