CAMPING ON AN ISLAND PARADISE | Crispy skin Mackerel catch and cook

This Island on the GREAT BARRIER REEF blew our minds from the moment we spotted it in the distance. Theres something really exciting about islands, especially deserted islands in Cape York when you can survive from what the island provides, Fish, Coconuts, maybe a freshwater spring… This episode is just the beginning of what Season 4 is all about, this is the first Island we set foot on and won’t be the last. With a few mackerel caught on the way out and an island interaction with some locals we finally get to our destination and have a big cook up of Asian Crispy Skin Mackerel and its bloody delicious!
