She's on the juice my boy. Jamaican's don't get tested in Jamaica they have conducted only one test in the last 15 years. All an athlete needs is 36hrs to test clean.

Those runners in Jamaica are on the juice my boy they don't get random drops in Jamaica and they have only conducted one test in Jamaica in the last 15 years and they only need about a day to test clean.

Growing up in an environment in walking and running up steep, long short and rugged hills your entire life is also very good for you when it comes to track and field sprinting, as the secret. The conditions are perfect for a sprinter, and we are entire island as like a sprinting facility. That’s of a tropical environmental setting that is of a year-round perfect upbringing in training, of a good terrain, in generall. In where every step you you take for a good period of time as help as a good work out to becoming a good sprinter. Especially in a nation thats is obsessed with it, like canadians are with hockey and are always playing it. Eat healthy and train under the perfect conditions all the time as a lifestyle, than doing it off on every now, and then, will make you become good. I believe good sprinters have the right in her mental condition in their upbringing. Like with the young aria. pearce, who grew up as a farm girl or abby as a soccer player that ran on all types of terrain doing long wind sprints & is suddenly good at 200m. That came from constantly running length of the field tracking back as a defender, against a counter. Rolling up along steep hill to school, home or whatever it is, you are in a hurry to get to, is also good for the top speed endurance. I would like the training aspect of sprinting to change within the United States, and where there’s a ton of potential. I believe you have to have a good challenging conditioning environment, eat, healthy. Than just getting on the track and running as fast as you can. In person who adapts to running up hills entire life, would have an inch against a person who runs on flat entire life. I believe if the woman in particular in the US do things that are extra and beyond, they could become just as good or better. Sprint, dragging weights, uphill, and against guys. In where other girls out there in the competition won’t be that much of a competition. Start thinking outside of that box.

I don't trust records in the 80's and 90's eras, no less than the disgraced athletes who have already been caught... The reality is I'm thrilled watching these fastest runners in the world to date in this race. What a privilege to do so!

In world record flojo registered 10.47sec in 100m. But in Olympic 1988 in Korea she was registered 10.54 second. Their is nothing you can do because video never lies,
