    You should avoid 90 degrees edges on patch... circular patch will perform better over time

    Acetone won't melt the material? I would have figured denatured alcohol for cleaning. Of course, I also noted the date this video was posted...

    I had a small hole on the bottom of a brand new board, but it was located in the sticker that says BOTE. Acetone immediately started removing the black color of the sticker and made a huge mess!

    This is the opposite of anything I’ve learned. I always learned round patches are best, to let the glue dry at least 24 hours, and to use a good amount of glue and to clean the excess up. But I guess you guys probably do this often so what do I know maybe I’m wrong

    You said the valve was not part of warranty. So if valve is at fault, how expensive is it to replace or is it replaceable?? These Bote products are Not cheap!!

      I bought a spare valve for my ae1004, it cost £10 and I bought the spanner it didn't need the valve, just tightening. I guess it's not a warranty issue as its a maintenance thing checking valves.
