Hi @idakiteman, thanks for your question. Just to give you some background, this is a video developed and shot in Australia and your enquiry has come through to the Grundfos Oceania office in Australia. Grundfos doesn't make pump covers. This pump cover was already onsite, so I can't provide you with make and model. But a pump cover like this is available in any pump or irrigation shop or even hardware stores in Australia. All the best. Aaron
I have a problem, the big eye shows red, but there no any another red signal that shows the problem. Could you assist me please to know what's the problem is?!?!
Hi Abdulrahmanalmazrouei, we're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your SCALA2 pump. Please consult the SCALA2 user manual for further information on finding faults. You can find it here: gfos.ly/6052RWv20. Please refer to pages 21-23. If you are still having trouble we recommend you contact your place of purchase or a licensed plumber or installer for assistance. Kind Regards, Aaron
Hi Abdulrahmanalmazrouei, please send an email to marketing-au@grundfos.com and I will send you the link via email. It would seem our URL shortener is not working properly for this link. You can also just type Grundfos SCALA2 User manual into your search engine and find the user manual that way (just make sure the URL is a Grundfos site), if that helps you to get the information you need quicker. You have come through to the Marketing Department for Grundfos Australia, so there may be a bit of a time difference depending on where you are based. Regards, Aaron
Hi @pedrofrcsantos009, thanks for your enquiry. If the pump is what we call cycling (turning on and off frequently) or turning on at odd times, it is not a pump fault, but is caused by a leak somewhere in the water system. This can be a leaking toilet, dripping tap or a drip in the pipework somewhere. Kind Regards, Aaron
Hi Negildo, Thank you for your interest in Grundfos. Unfortunately as we do not sell directly we cannot give out exact prices. To get exact information about prices please contact one of our distributors. You can find a list of local distributors on your local sales site: spr.ly/605834bDA. Thank you. Best regards, Sabrina.
I just bought one on Amazon for $860 delivered. Great pump, up to 70 psi although running it at max pressure can shorten its life. I run ours in the middle, 50 psi.
Do you have the scala 1 or 2 ? I have the scala 1 and having some issues with it, mine is struggling to hold its prime do you mind sharing with the issues your having with yours ?
Where might I find the 1' Braided supply lines?
Will you post where I may purchase the supply lines you are using in the video?
Here are a couple of products you could look at: gfos.ly/6050laX0a

At 55 seconds into video a pump cover is shown. What is model # of cover, where can it be ordered?

What's the pipe size needed for the inlets?
1"
My pump even without using of water time to time starts for short time periods, apparently there is no leaks of water.
