Well done to the scaffolders in the last video. That customer was just barefaced lying, claiming to the bitter end that he had paid when he knew full well that he hadn't. He will come very unstuck sooner or later playing those games

@@Parmajohn123 The only reason he was so mad was because of the noise. Moving the saw doesn't change much. If it was the dust that was the issue, the tradie apologised countless times and offered to clean it.. the neighbour didn't accept because it's the noise he was angry about. The tradie was beyond respectful but he's still a human being. Doesn't deserve to be yelled at like that whilst providing solutions. Can't let someone so unreasonable push you around. Add extra time to the job to make someone (not even the client) happy. Plus moving it to the other side will just bother someone else. Can't please everyone.

To be fair, it is well annoying when someone starts building and making noise early at the weekend. Or worse, cutting hedges with a petrol hedge cutter. Also I thought it was 9am you could start on a Sunday?

It is funny, when ever I went to do a job, this is a very long time ago, some 30 years or so but I very much doubt much has changed. Whenever I went to work on a house as a painter and decorator and the house looked big or perhaps not even that but the people looked like they had a few bob, I always expected bother, and more times than not when it came to paying bother is all I ever got from them. Yet If I turned up to a place and it was a little old lady on her own or a family that did not seem they had very much and certainly did not act as they had, it was just a blessing because let me tell you these people were always the ones to pay upfront if needed for materials, give a little more if they had it at the end of a job, be extremely grateful for the work done and the ones to make a few cuppa teas for you and almost all were no bother at all. Was always the houses with a few bob, every fucking time

Construction work should be restricted to the following hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturdays 8am - 1pm
Avoid noisy work on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Second tradseman should not be dumping the wooden extracted particulates into the other persons garden ... Use a vacuum with the saw, you can afford it.
I think in the first video when he said “we are permitted to start work at 8 am” and then he said “we did start a little bit early” so they were probably going at it since 7-7:30 which is not on really I understand they want to finish early on a Sunday and the woman is blowing it out of proportion but there’s good reasons for the Permitted time of certain work being carried out such as kids, OAP’s, people who work long days etc but she should have had a word with them instead of going off on one and they should have referred her to their boss and carried on working.

There actually is unfortunately. Noisey and nuisance work should only be carried out Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. Saturday 8am-1pm and Sunday 9am-1pm.
